"We’ve lived here for 6 months and have loved it. The layout of the two bedroom is probably the best I’ve lived in (for an apartment). It has tasteful upgrades like the flooring, bathrooms, wall color, and appliances. Lisa, the complex manager, is the sweetest and incredibly accommodating. Even though there’s a school across the street, if you start work at 8, the traffic is essentially non-existent. All-in-all, this place is the best for your money!"

"My husband, myself and our two children used to love living here till we started having issues with our upstairs neighbors. We understand that children are noisy and loud but our neighbors above us have their son awake all hours of the night and are throwing parties almost every weekend till 3am. We’ve been having issues with them for 7 months now! Management told us they can’t do anything about it, even though we have videos of the loud music coming from their apartment, them running around and stomping that literally makes our light fixtures shake, and the screaming! They are always screaming at 2am! It’s miserable here now. We hate coming home to a home that we used to loved We have asked our upstairs neighbors REPEATEDLY to keep it down and we have shown them videos of how loud it is and they don’t care at all. So if you have a family I would highly recommend somewhere else."

"I would not recommend this place if you have a family. We lived here in the first floor and had a family above us that would regularly keep us up well into the night and management is powerless to help. It frequently sounds like a herd of elephants is passing above my head at midnight and I’ve talked to the manager multiple times but they will not help us. As far as management here is concerned you can be as obnoxious as you want at any time of night as long as it isn’t music. There are plenty of places where $2,000+ a month will buy you some peace and quiet, unfortunately this is not one of them."

"Ok, so I have lived in this apartment complex for a year, and this is my experience and review. Management: Lisa, who is the current property manager is one of the most astounding individuals you could ever have in this position! She is kind, friendly and understanding. I was recently on short-term disability due to a knee injury and it messed my finances up for the last two months. Lisa, was very understanding and accommodating due to my circumstances…although I was late with rent (still paid) as long as you keep in contact and communicate with her she will do her best to make sure your needs and the needs of the property are met. The apartment: the living accommodations are some of the most updated in the apartment communities found in Brighton, CO. Although I will say, it was my first time experiencing, water, electric, trash etc being billed separately and is a little on the “High Side,” of the price point for a 1 bedroom; you are getting a spacious updated and renovated apartment. Very modern, and clean lines throughout. The Community: outside of my neighbors upstairs and their kid running around, I have enjoyed my stay here. Everyone is friendly, and you don’t have to “question or worry,” about your property, possessions, belongings, mail/packages. The grounds are well maintained and groomed. Snow removal is always a priority and they have police patrol cars frequent the property to ensure the safety of the community. You will be living in a well regulated and peaceful apartment complex. Maintenance: anytime I have had an issue, no matter how big/small Lisa is ALWAYS DILIGENT, in making sure my maintenance requests are addressed no later than two days past the time of submitting a formal request. And he is very friendly too. Overall, I will say minus not having a gym/pool/garage for this price point, it is worth it. I’ve done without for the past year and the pluses all outweigh what’s “missing.”"
