"I just wanted to add a review here. I know there are a lot of negative ones, most of them are from before I even moved in. I've been here for about 2 years as a tenant. I moved in while Cornerstone Apartments was still the management company for this building. I wanted to commend the maintenance team we have now as I usually have any issues fixed within 24 hours of my request. I've had issues with accessing e-mail notifications from the management team and my codes not working properly, and they've always been courteous as they helped me fix the issues I was having. Also the elevator isn't broken for weeks at a time anymore. The lobby stays clean for the most part, my packages haven't gotten stolen in months. The parking lot construction noise is making me crazy, but that's temporary. Definitely worth the views and less than idea cabinetry you may find in some of the units. Everything is within walking distance... I dunno. I think there's been a lot of improvement, and thats thanks to the new staff. Don't believe all the bad reviews. At least tour it before writing the place off."

"I've been here for 2 years now, I've gone through 2 sets of management companies as well as property managers. THIS PLACE SUCKS. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The elevators are constantly breaking, and if you live on the 12th floor and happen to be one of the many elderly residents, tough luck? They have to walk all 12 flights with their groceries. Sounds bad right? Then there's the issue of the water being turned off almost weekly for 5-10 hours at a time. Sometimes you'll be notified of the water being turned off the day of, or the day before. Expect your rights to be violated as they cannot figure out how to inform residents of planned maintenance more than 48 hours in advance (Colorado Revised Statutes Title 38. Property Real and Personal § 38-12-212.3. Responsibilities of landlord--acts prohibited). And the best one, is the 4-5 month major construction project they told us about on a Sunday that started the next day. This took HALF of the parking offline so that construction crews can jackhammer all day. Yes you read that right, if you work from home or want quiet enjoyment during the day, I hope your definition of such is extremely loud construction noise. Did management make a plan to help the residents that are impacted by parking? No, they told them to park across Colorado blvd in a neighborhood. Did they try to work with the shopping plaza adjacent to the property for parking considerations? No they did not. But get this, they also don't want the employee parking on site to be taken by residents, because god forbid they have to cross a street to get to work. Can you guess who is deemed "more important" here? These are just a few of the major issues I've dealt with, but you should expect many more minor problems: like the gym always being closed due to water leaks, dog poop being in the elevator and on the floor in the lobby, and a "sorry it's not my fault" attitude when you have a problem. Queue the "thanks for responding we're sorry about your bad experience" reply and think about how generic and not helpful your experience will be if you decide to live here."

"The pluming is terrible if it’s not the tub it’s the sink if it’s not the sink it’s the toilet, and the water gets turned off 4-5 times a month to “fix” something to do with the water somewhere in the building, for the price , not sure if it’s worth living here, there is always something wrong. The time it takes to get someone in to fix anything is approx 1-2 weeks and never done right the first time."

"Slum lord? Don’t waste your time. The woman working there was training a new hire, she was very full of herself. I toured 3 apartments at this place and she showed me 2 apartments that had not been upgraded and a knob on the closest pulled off in my hand. The closest door was twisted, it was closed at the top but the bottom of the door had a 4” gap. I was opening a drawer and the front of the drawer was pulling apart. The bathroom is from when the building was built 1960’s? and the ceiling is crumbling around an access door above the shower head, it was disgusting. She then showed me a upgraded remodeled apartment. Have you ever heard the saying “ a polished turd”. It was not much better than the other 2 apartments. The place is horrible and I hope I never have to live in a place like this."
