"I have to leave review for people to understand how bad of a complex this is. Several things, first off the roach infestation is absolutely unbelievable. To have your apartment bombed 3+ times, will not work the entire building is infested and that will not change. The dishwasher never worked and flooded the entire apartment. The floors became to mold due to this and lack of Maintenance. The maintenance does not exist so do not rely on even getting a light bulb fixed. The hallways smell of cigarettes and the dog we lived next to was feral, essentially barking all night and day. All of these things will make your well being absolutely terrible by living here, not to mention don’t expect a deposit back you don’t even get what you pay for here… the place is disgusting. If you live here for sure throw things out because like I said ROACHES, This place is almost inhabitable."

"I'm a very new tenant, only a week+. So far, everything is just fine with me. After touring a number of apartment developments, and being lied to by all of them, it was such a pleasure with Rosa. I like the retro look of the buildings, and my 1 Bed apartment is just the right size for me, and I appreciate the generous storage areas. I like this neighborhood, moved here from Englewood. All of the neighbors I've met here have been friendly, considerate, welcoming and no crazy folks so far. Can't say enough nice about Rosa, she is very friendly, competent, and seems to work very hard. Kudos for hiring her."
