"Well my rent is due each month, on Xmas Eve I had a major water leak in the bathroom celceilof my first floor apt, the came and fixed it two days later, no I have another leak from a different pipe, thank goodness they didn't fix the drywall. More sharkbits there than copper"

"We were new to Denver when moving in these apartments! Nice clean and affordable! Family of 4. They have been great to us. A nice group of Tenants have lived here for quite sometime and are nice & friendly. I love the Elementary school near by as well. Typically it’s a quiet day at Lowery Pines."

"My boyfriend lives here and I love these apartments. They are tripping on the maintenance thing (I come over a lot). I see the maintenance guy there all the time and he is very professional, along with Jen. If anything, the maintenance guy seems over worked, but he gets the job done from what I see. Never met the landlord, but he seems to be pretty awesome himself, he and Brittany helped my boyfriend get into this place even with not the best of credit. Once I meet him in person I will update. The heat thing is wrong too, if anything, my boyfriend's apartment is too hot sometimes. This place is definitely underrated."

"These reviews are so far from the truth. Lowry Pines tenants are bent over backwards for. Yes maintenance gets behind but things come up. Management goes over and beyond to please tenants and make them happy."

"My wife and i are current residents, have been here for about a month, and im writing this review because my wifes review got deleted by the owners. Jen has been unprofessional and has been a hindrance to our unfinished apartment that joe never came back to finish. At no point have we been rude or disrespectful or in the way and now we get attitude from them. Kevin seems like a great guy but has yet to respond to our concerns and complaints. Dated November 2, 2018. How about instead of deleting negative reviews, you guys work on fixing the things that are wrong or not done. Im having to take it to this extent because i have yet to receive a call or email or anything regarding the condition of our unfinished apartment. Please respond."
