"Just visited a friend and we had a horrible experience with the maintenance team. Very loud, inappropriate language. All of the staff were having a party while they should be picking up all the trash around the complex. Disgusting outdated apartments. Also, office staff never answers the phone."

"The only reason they are getting one star is because you cannot choose zero stars. I cannot stress enough that you should not move into Monaco South apartments or any property managed by Grand Peaks. There have been multiple incidents while I have been living here that are unsafe and to be honest living here is a hassle. Probably the most concerning of all incidents was when I put in a request to have my bathtub resurfaced (because there was chips in the paint when we moved in that got worse over time). Monaco told me and my roommate it was safe to reenter the apartment only hours after the resurfacing was completed. We also had no ventilation in the bathroom at the time. I lost my sense of smell as a child so I came home and thought everything was okay even though I had a headache forming. When my roommate got home about 2 hours later he immediately noticed the apartment smelled like pure paint fumes. We immediately opened all windows and our front door to help ventilate. Unfortunately, it was too late for me and I was sick for the next 2 days with symptoms that resembled being poisoned. I spoke with the leasing office and they assured me it couldn't be the fumes because they were not harmful. I emailed the company that did the resurfacing and was informed that without proper ventilation the toxic fumes (the company confirmed the resurfacing substance is harmful if inhaled) could remain for at least 24 hours (I was permitted back in the apartment only a few hours after it happened). When I was finally recovered, I contacted the leasing office about adding ventilation to the bathroom, but was met instead with compensation and a confidentiality agreement that I wouldn't give out any information. As you can tell, I decided to say no to the compensation and the confidentiality agreement. And just to reiterate this is one of many issues I have had since moving in (when I moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned and there was mold in the dishwasher)."

"Staying at the South Monaco apartment was an absolute delight! The apartment's modern design and spacious layout provided a comfortable and luxurious stay. The breathtaking view from the balcony overlooking the cityscape was mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the pristine pool and fitness center. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend the South Monaco apartment to anyone seeking a lavish and convenient retreat."

"Lived here for almost a full year now Beautiful neighborhood, wild neighbors. Over all a wonderful community, in the summer There are open outdoor grills , 2 pools, a playground with a center view so no matter where They are and what floor your on you can see them. In the winter the grounds are well maintained and salted regularly. The lovely ladies in the office make sure to spread all the love and cheer this time of year brings with it. Thank you for this wonderful year. Looking forward to the next one"
