"Worst place I ever lived. Leasing office and maintenence teams are constantly under staffed which means nothing ever gets properly done. It doesn't help that a lot of the people who live here are straight up ANIMALS. Breaking things in the building, leaving trash everywhere, and people working on cars Illegally in the lot. Oh don't forget everytime there is an event at the infinity park across the street people who don't live in the building will use that lot to park for the events across the street. No one ever gets towed and the leasing office doesn't care. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
"Sad to see what a friend of mine has to go through living at this apartment complex. Lobby, hallways, stairwells CONSTANTLY TRASHED! Evidence of people urinating in the stairwells, cat owners leaving used kitty litter in the stairwells. Fixtures broken thought the entire place. To top it off, since a new company took ownership of the apartment complex, the water keeps getting shut off. It's crazy to me that you can pay rent, and not even have the expectation to wake up to running water anymore. It's either water is off or there's no hot water, sometimes both. It's wrong what the management company does to its tenants. It's been almost 3 straight months of this ridiculousness with NO explanation. It's not normal to be cutting off people's water or hot water more than 4 times a month every month."
"Just moved in about a month ago but I've had a great experience. My apartment is spacious and has better aq footage than other places for the price and is newly renovated. Caprice in the office is a huge help she wasn't my original leasing person but she helped me get into my place smoothly none the less. The entire staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are responsive and efficient."
"PROS: The apartment inside is very nice. Clean and modern looking. People seem very friendly. Good price for what your getting. CONS: Shared spaces are dirty. Security seems non existent, all doors kept open with rocks. Anyone can have access to the building. Why have a code to get in when every single other door is open. Laundry gets stolen frequently and management is very offhand about it. Just this week someone stole a little girls teddy bear from the dryer, along with the clothes. All my bedsheets were stolen along with my sons clothes."
