"Terrible reviews on their own website, not included here. I toured Moderna a year ago with a friend, it seemed nice. Now I am searching, and considered Modera Cherry Creek, but am greatly concerned about the issues in the bad reviews, and discrepency between bad reviews on their website and glowing reviews on Google THESE ON THE MODERA WEBSITE CHERRY CREEK on 3-25-2024 SUBMITTED BY S.E. - MAR 07, 2024|RECOMMENDED: NO Below average. 1. A lot of noise can be heard pets, footsteps, bathtubs being filled etc. and for the rent charged 5k for me it is unacceptable. Management's response has been to pit tenants against one another and send condescending emails about using slippers and rugs absurd for a luxury building . 2. Gym equipment will be broken for weeks, cleaning wipes towels will not be restocked leaving equipment dirty, the side entrance was broken for many months, 3. Stratis App is buggy, ButterFly MX leaves delivery people frustrated, leaving packages food in the lobby. 4. Packages will be stolen. Couriers will not use the locker system and leave packages out, resulting in other tenants stealing them. Management showed no concern. There is no large dolly for big packages. 5. Halls are dirty, I had pine needles all over my hallway from tree removal for a long time. Valet trash is a mandatory 420 a year to make the refuse rooms halls dirty arrive 2 hours late to pick up trash. SUBMITTED BY JUDY H. - DEC 03, 2023|RECOMMENDED: NO Love my apt hate the building — Pros I absolutely love my apt. Obie is great. Cons 1. MC has put the burden of its own poor construction on the tenants and in the most obnoxious way. Why is a building telling tenants that they need to wear socks, slippers and tip toe around Worse yet, telling them in the most patronizing, insulting way by making the issue about being a good neighbor. Better for MC to pit tenant against tenant, I guess, then take responsibility and actually take steps that might address the issue. 2. The package situation is extremely inconvenient. I pay 8k month for rent. The least one would expect from a building like this is better package mgmt and assistance. At a minimum, you need to have hotel style carts available for residents. 3. MC has been diligently working to fix the side door for almost 3 months now. 4. 1 key pod for an apt is simply not enough. I have dog walkers, cleaning ladies, friends who need to access the apt when i am not there. Even if someone can figure out the Stratis app, which itself is a major problem, the app doesn't work to open the doors a large percentage of the time. 5. MC needs more non-leasing staff. The doors and elevators should be mopped cleaned more frequently. There has been a coffee soda spill on the door by the P1 elevator for 2 or more weeks. The top of the mailboxes look gross with the plant debris. Just a few examples. As much as I love my apartment, I expect to look for a better community when my lease it up. "Just moved here after selling my home on 7th Ave Parkway. I couldn't be happier with the apartment I found. The location is great - just two blocks up 2nd ave from the heart of CC North, so there's a bit more peace and quiet while also being immediately accessible to the action. The amenities, finishes, buildout etc are as good as it gets for CC North. The floorplans are designed fantastically, especially on Fl. 5. The service and friendly nature of the staff - starting from the leasing process to being a formal tenant - surpassed all expectations. I believe it would be a mistake not to look at Modera CC. Important to understand pricing of CC North - it's all expensive. Modera is currently priced by far the most competitively for the great quality and service you are getting. Importantly, Blair Miller, my leasing consultant, was fantastic. Please reach out and ask for her. She made it feel like home before I signed the lease."
