"Nice apartments. Very close to the University of Denver. Has a bus stop ryt next to the apartment. So more feasible for students at the University. Very well maintained. Highlights Swimming pool Ping Pong table Snooker table Pool table Game room Event hall Indoor outdoor paid parking Cons No inhouse washer dryer. No bicycle parking. Very strict leasing rules."

"Yes this place is slightly run down, yes the management is almost never there, but amazing mountain views, conclusive facilities and low rent make up everything else. If you can bear little annoyances, this apartment is no regrets. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit after living here for a whole year. The rent is definitely one of the cheapest for its value, still true. The management was almost never there, but are able to fix things upon request. I only ran into a problem when my bank bounced a check -- literally the bank's fault, with documents to prove. The management suddenly got an attitude about it out of nowhere. The manager refused to take a look at any of my documents, were very unprofessional during our interactions (calling names etc.), and refused to give me supervisor's contact information. They were not really able to provide a resolution other than threatening to vacate (for which I was glad to learn that Colorado Law does not really protect tenants..). They backed off after I was almost ready to call a lawyer. Wish they are just more professional in handling these circumstances."

"I have been living in this apartment for over 5 years. I never want to leave or move to other apartments. The managers here are very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended!!! You will have to put your names in a long waiting list though because this apartment always full!"
