"Tried to rent here years ago and the manager discriminated against me. My income was on point she did it in a very slick way. Glad to hear other people knowing this place is trash. You got to be a flaming liberal to live on top of all that destruction and feel fine with it."
"Freshly newly to the area and the homeless is bad there was a shooting! that happened across the st where they tent out at and it caused havoc for hours because they had a dead body laying out there for a hour i do not recommend here and maintenance. here is rude!"
"Denise has tried her best to make this place comfortable for my daughter and I. I was willing to sign for years to come. The homeless is making this place hard to call home. I need the company of this property to understand Denise can not do it all on her own. The amount of issues that comes with all the homeless people around gets too much for the residents. why doesn’t the property have security to deal with them during the day and night, I had my car stolen and several of my packages. I am worried for my safety whenever I try to come outside. This property will never get anywhere unless they help the ladies in the office protect the building and the residents that pay to be here. We all deserve more. I wish I could stay since Denise makes me feel comfortable and understood but the reality of the fact is she can’t control the outside of the apartment and the city needs to work harder to get people back on their feet verses just kicking them out for a moment and they come back like roaches. Waste of resources to have police kick out the homeless and throw away their things if they come back as soon as the trucks and police are gone. They are finding ways into the building and making residents nervous. Please help Denise, she deserves more than she’s being treated."
"This is an honest review… don’t move here. It’s just a headache. You pay 1400$ to have your car broken into no working AC one working elevator and many times of the year no hot water. I’ve lived and worked in the building and it has an Infestation problem both mice and roaches. The management is very peculiar, dismissive and is a nightmare to have a conversation with. My apt has smelled like raw eggs due to gas for the last 3 months its become unbearable to tolerate everyday I wake up with a headache and breathing issues. It’s not worth your time or energy to deal with this living situation. Every year your rent will increase. I don’t smoke cigarettes but washing your clothes in the provided laundry area will have your clothes smelling like cigarettes from other tenants previous washes. You will encounter floors with piss from dogs and maybe humans daily. This area is not worth it. The buildings occupancy is dwindling I don’t see this place being around much longer."
"This review is LONG over due... I lived in this building for a span of 13yrs. I moved out in December of 2019. I lived in 3 different units throughout my time living in this building, and I've seen it go from good, to bad, to worse and back again. I can't say anything for the new leasing office team, but I will say that during the time I lived in the building the tenants were the worst. Fire alarms would go off at least twice a week, and this went on for years!... People would not clean up after their pets in the halls and in elevators. The tenants would party and trash the community balcony, causing the leasing management to close the community areas regularly. The neighborhood was a campground for the homeless, and if you were a female, it was EXTREMELY dangerous. Pacificap is your typical corporate landlord. Not even located in the state, they could care less about the condition of the building as long as you pay your rent and keep lining their pockets. They don't really maintain the apartment building as well as they maintain the lobby. First impressions are everything, but don't let the lobby with the shiny floors and decor fool you. The rest of the building is not well maintained. Laundry facilities and elevators were always broken. All that being said, it was incredibly affordable compared to other downtown apartments (at the time), rent cost continued to increase with each new lease signing. I don't think at the current rate it is worth it. However, the view could not be beat. BEST view in Denver!! Its been 2 years since I've moved, and I have to say, the thing I miss the most is that view."
