"Worst place to live in Denver. The Manager Stephanie Black and leasing office manager Jessica Borrows are Disrespectful. They misgendered me. They do not address basic needs of residents."

This is the buildings only public accessibility bathroom. The Local residents council does not welcome and make inclusion a priority. They break the by laws of resident councils. Discrimination is a problem here."

"Tapiz legal department kicked out my friend’s son and daughter, care givers of their mother, this Christmas, because their mother traveled for emergency out of the country and got locked out due to Covid! Although an approval from the manager was taken before traveling, someone knocked their door and gave them an immediate evacuation notice to leave because their mother was not there! This establishment has no mercy for people that don’t speak English, completely discriminatory, corrupted and inhumane."
