"So Bradley's review isn't legit bc there is no on site office here. The owner of this property is apparently difficult to work with so the management team they hired can only do so much. The gate has been broken for over 6 weeks and we finally got an email that politely told us it isn't getting fixed. My apartment had homeless people squatting in it before I moved in (neighbors told me, and the maintenance team). The neighborhood is quite terrible. Tons and tons and tons of homeless folks surround the area. When it snowed last week they came in bc the gate is wide open to seek shelter in the stairwells (elevator has not worked since I moved in last Aug). I'm fine with seeking shelter but they left trash, including urine and feces. The apartment is small but liveable, and my appliances work just fine. I'm on he 1st floor and since there is no carpet, I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor urinate and defecate. Apartment living is always a little noisy but hearing my neighbors morning piss is ridiculous. My doors don't close properly so the snow and ice accumulate. Someone left a hand print on my patio window, either trying to open it or look inside. I have heard from management that the owners are trying to sell so that might be why we have a broken gate. I have the most vulnerable apartment out of the 15 apartments so other residents might not feel as strongly as I do but between the actual noise, the trash, the homeless oh and the boarded up graffiti burned house across the street - it's not worth $800 a month let alone the $1400. I'll leave a review for the management company on their Google page."
"This place has terrible management. I'm not usually one to complain because I love the apartment I have, it's nice and spacious. My problem is management and lack of communication. I'm not happy that I have to wait all weekend to receive my package. Fedex had specific instructions to deliver to my apartment door but instead dropped it off at the office. I go down there several times today and no one's there. I'm blind and can't always be waiting around for things. Also there's one elevator that is broken and the other is inconsistent at best. I have trouble walking down steps as I had a stroke a couple of years ago that nearly killed me so can't deal with steps to often. This place needs to be gotten together otherwise section 8 may end up deciding to stop funding this place and I may end up having to move."
