Eliot Flats

"I lived in Eliot Flats for two years and moved out only couple months ago. I loved my studio and didn't have any issues with the management or maintenance. I never heard my neighbors and felt safe in the building and the surrounding areas. Having in-unit laundry, built-in audio system, garage space, and storage was a great bonus. The building is also just few steps away from a nice little park, multiple bars, and restaurants. Unfortunately, my bike got stolen from the garage rack and I heard of multiple packages stolen during my 2 years living here, which is pretty common for that neighborhood. I hope new management company will be able to address those issues. I'd still recommend renting at Eliot Flats and wish I could stay longer:)"

"I really enjoy living at Eliot Flats. The complex is extremely quiet and clean. There’s a beautiful view of the Denver skyline from the roof top area where you can relax and BBQ. My unit has so much light and the open layout is great as well. The ceilings are very tall and the bathroom is so spacious. I also love that there’s a washer/dryer in my unit so I don’t have to share laundry, as well as garage parking on the main level and a storage area for your extra things. It’s a great combination of a neighborhood feel while being walking distance to the food and shopping of both Highlands and LoDo. I’d definitely recommend!"
