"For an apartment complex supposedly built by an organization run by women and for women, they have absolutely no concept of how to furnish an apartment tastefully. Also, the staff and residents will gaslight and stalk you. It’s creepy."

"This rating is because of Lenora, the property manager at Arroyo Village! Lenora helped me in a tough situation and got us into the unit quickly. She was friendly, helpful, and over all an amazing person!! I’m very grateful for her! My daughter and I would have been homeless without her help. I’m so grateful for people like her in this world. The unit is great, so far I really love living here! It’s next to a park and light rail. The maintenance is quick to respond and very nice and addressed my dishwasher issue promptly… can’t say enough about my gratitude and appreciation to Lenora and her persistence and follow-through, and kindness!!! Thank you for giving me a place to call home!!!"

"Updating this to be fully honest and open, I have lived here since July of 2020, I have seen management move twice. But, maintenance by far has been the hardest working maintenance team I’ve ever seen, both men have been here since they’ve been open, they are quick to help residents, and seem to really care, and they’re constantly cleaning and always working. Never have seen such hard working maintenance people, they are also humble and caring towards people who live here. Now, with staff Lisa has by far been the best here, she’s always bombarded with people who live here, and you can tell, she genuinely cares about her residents, I was not going to resign my lease until I realized Lisa really brought this place back to life. I’ve seen it go down hill due to management and she is constantly making sure that the complex is taken care of. I have had bad situations happen due to the area and the staff is super quick to cater to when I had something happen. Make sure when you lease here it is next to the light rail, and to get a steering lock. You are near downtown Denver and they cannot control what goes on. But, overall, the tidiness and everything has been substantially turned around. Renewing my third year because of Lisa and the maintenance team and their compassion towards me, they make you feel like you’re family."
