"Could be a lot better. Elevators break regularly and there are only 3. East side is regularly closed for moves. Currently On a good stretch of them not breaking so hopefully stays that way. The pool is small for how big this place is. Management needs to enforce the contractual rules more effectively. Last of all, Having to follow up on other things regularly is annoying."
"I've lived at this complex for about five months now. I am very happy and satisfied with living here! The maintenance and office staff are always so friendly and willing to help with anything that you need. The amenities are super great. I was a little worried about living so close to the stadium, however, the walls and sliding glass door are super soundproof and I don't hear anything during concerts and game days. I definitely recommend 1919 Mile High!"
"Having called this place home for almost six months now, I've seen a real improvement in the atmosphere and overall quality of this apartment complex since the new Manger, Angie, took over. I was happy with the amenities and location, however the staff seemed on edge and there was a lot of trash around the property, with it regularly piling up in the trash/recycling rooms. Recently, I’ve seen a noticeable enhancement in the property's cleanliness. There’s also been an uptick in community-led events and lobby decorations, which has made a huge difference in the feel of the apartment complex. One of the other driving forces for the improvements has been the assistant manager, Hailey, who always goes above and beyond for the community. Her approachability, ever-present cheerfulness, and genuine positivity helps foster a sense of community when your first entering the lobby. Interactions with her are always bright, making even mundane tasks like collecting packages or addressing minor concerns feel like a delightful conversation. Overall, if the property and community stay on the current trajectory, I plan on renewing when the time comes, even though admittedly the price is a little steep compared to some other complexes in the area."
"I am wrapping up my first year in this apartment building and wanted to show support for the building and staff. I echo the sentiments of others, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodate as much as possible. It's super easy to book a tour and tour an apartment when you are first trying to rent, just need to make sure to schedule something first out of courtesy. As mentioned, there are lots of dogs here, and most of the time it's great, this all depends on who the owner or walker is and whether they're willing to clean up or manage their pets. Most that live here are friendly & chill & the dogs are adorable. The elevators are often being used for move ins or people in general, that's just the name of the game in a 12 floor apt building. I take the stairs most of the time, you should too it's fun ;). The apartments are very nice on the inside, you can't hear neighbors loud music or anything, just occasionally hallway noise because the doors dont block out much sound.. it's never too intensive and if there are noise issues, they have a few solutions for that including an on call complaint situation (never used but its there). When there are games & concerts, the surrounding atmosphere is incredible & busy in all the best ways. Yes, the parking sucks during these events, but you know what you're signing up for living by an entire football stadium. The maintenance team is A+ , the amenities are A+, the pool is smaller but it's not designed to be Waterworld, it's a lap pool with an amazing view in all directions, and along with that are grills and tons of seating. Overall, nothing is perfect, but knowing and seeing several other apartment complexes and companies, this is one, if not the best for a multitude of reasons. Be happy, be humble & and thankful for this amazing complex and staff. Thanks 1919!"
"I moved in here a little over 6 months ago. I absolutely love living here! For me, the best parts are the friendly staff, friendly people, and upkeep of the building. Maintenance always handles things quickly. Over the summer, the pool always had chairs available, and it was never packed. There are so many social events so that's a huge bonus if you are looking to meet people. I am looking forward to resigning my lease at 1919 Mile High."
