"I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a move scheduled last weekend. The same weekend one of the worst snow storms blew through Colorado. Literally the night before my containers were supposed to be delivered, I got a text saying that all deliveries for the next day were cancelled. I panicked. My entire move depended on those containers being delivered that Friday. I called the number from that text and left a voicemail, I texted that number begging them to deliver my containers. I called my best friend; “what do I do”. I called back the number again. Mind you by this time it was 8:30 Thursday evening and Mark actually answered the phone. Mark stepped up in ways I could never have imagined. Snow drift several feet high and still snowing. I begged, I pleaded. Mark explained what he was up against. I know, I know but every moment of this move is shredded if I don’t get those containers. I stayed calm and he was very patient. He said there is no way I can deliver tomorrow, but maybe, I can get them delivered on Saturday. Probably not, but maybe, no promises but I will do what I can for you. The universe sometimes sends you angels just when you need them. Mark was my angel. I don’t know how he did it, but both containers arrived on Saturday and totally saved my move. I will always recommend 1-800 Pack Rat because of this amazingly positive experience. I can’t thank them enough for coming through when the weather threatened to destroy everything. Thank you, thank you Mark and 1-800 Pack Rat for working their magic. Prices are very reasonable and you can track everything online."

"Fees, on hidden fees, on hidden fees. They will nickel and dime you every which way. They told us our container couldn't be delivered to our new address, and when I asked for help figuring out where it could be delivered because I didn't know the radius from the warehouse the lady hung up on me. When I called back the next person said it could be delivered, but they charged us an extra $250 saying the mileage was more than they originally quoted when it was actually 40 miles closer to their warehouse. They charged us extra $350 because gas prices changed in the weeks they were storing our container (not during the drive). They said the drivers would call before arriving. Some did, some didn't... leaving us scrambling. Thankfully, we just happened to be outside when one driver arrived, otherwise we would have never known, and he very rudely threatening to leave so we would be charged another $150 to reschedule another pick up time. Their prices seem lower in the beginning, but they will get ya in the end."

"The individual scheduled today on your S Franklin Way route exhibited reprehensible behavior, embodying the epitome of inconsideration. Their actions, which included callously blocking the entire street without remorse or effort to rectify the situation, are utterly unacceptable. Such blatant disregard for the safety and convenience of others, coupled with a complete lack of professionalism, reflects poorly on your company's standards. This flagrant display of ignorance not only disrupts traffic flow but also poses significant safety risks, particularly on a street known for its susceptibility to accidents. Immediate action must be taken to address this egregious conduct and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within your organization."

"Do not use this company!! I have been hung up on 5 times this morning and no one is answering customer service now. I scheduled them to come pick up my storage container several weeks ago and they were supposed to pick it up yesterday. When that did not happen, I called at 5pm and was assured someone was in route to pick it up. No one came. I have a photographer scheduled to come take pictures of my house tomorrow and my house is supposed to go on the market, and obviously that can’t happen now, but they charged me for the pick up on Friday anyway!! I can get in touch with absolutely no one. They don’t answer my emails or calls. I don’t trust them to store my stuff and ever give it back to me. I’m filling a complaint with the BBB and the state Attorney General and I’m disputing the credit card charges and canceling the card they have on file for fraud. Edit: after spending hours on the phone and filling a BBB complaint, they picked up the container with all my stuff in it and took it to one of their storage places. And now, of course, I can’t schedule the delivery of my stuff online or get in touch with anyone by phone to deliver my container!!! Online it only gives me the choice to schedule a pick up of the empty container! The container is gone from my property, and it’s definitely NOT EMPTY! I just want my stuff back and I shouldn’t have to spend my entire weekend on the phone to figure this out when it’s your basic service offering! What exactly are you people doing over there?!!! I want my stuff and my money back, immediately. I pity anyone who decides to use this company. Edit: after finally scheduling my container full of stuff to be delivered, of course, it’s not here AGAIN. And here I am on the phone with these people AGAIN! You’d think after messing up the umpteenth time, and me being super pissed they would at least try to get it right, nah. Not this company."

"I was told that the container couldn't be dropped off if I wasn't there in the next 5 minutes. I was down the road. They gave me a day window. Which I understood. That made sense to me. But then being told that the extradited shipping couldn't happen because the driver called in is contradicting. You expect me to go off your timeline but when it's time to go off mine, you guys fail me. I needed my stuff delivered that day, to avoid any headaches. What's the point of offering extradited shipping if it's not even extradited? You guys only have one guy for delivery's? I also had to remind the company several times to send me the weight tickets. I paid for the weight tickets. I shouldn't have to chase people to send them to me. The first delivery driver was rude. Came off like he hated his job. The containers were duck taped in some areas. The side of my container had missing bolts. You could stick your hand through the side of the container. It was "repaired" with some white duck tape like the other areas. Their was still a visible hole and the entire metal sheeting was loose. Company is too expensive for this low quality of service. I paid 10,000 for 2 beat up constrainers that arrived late."
