"Armed guard had to be hired. Laundry rooms are locked after 430 because of all the drugs and dangerous people. So now if you work a day shift job you are going to have to wait till Saturday and deal with the crazy violent people who are cutting tires and doing drugs on the weekend or spend 5 times as much to go to a laundromat."
"This property has gone way down hill. There is not even a manager to run the place. There are bums vandalizing things, breaking into cars, and smoking drugs in our apartment halls. The maintenance men need to be trained in how to interact with people. They are rude and disrespectful. I put in a work order for our washer and dryer because someone washed clothes with cat pee on them and now the machines smell awful. Almost three weeks and still nothing. You can never get through to anyone. They never answer the phones and the voicemail box is full. I am grateful for my home but since the old manager left this place got ten times worse in a months time!"
""I am bringing forth a serious matter regarding my current living situation. Despite reaching out to HUD and Fair Housing, I have not received any assistance or response from the management regarding the issues I am facing. My previous review addressing these concerns was taken down, but I will repost it to ensure that my experiences are heard. There is a pervasive issue of racism within the corporate structure of the apartment complex, which has become the main reason for my decision to leave. Despite paying rent, my car has been vandalized on the property, making it impossible for me to park here safely. Furthermore, I have overheard racist conversations outside my door, specifically targeting black individuals. These individuals have also instructed their children to avoid contact with people of my race. I have received threatening letters, which I have promptly forwarded to HUD and Fair Housing. It is important to note that these incidents have occurred shortly after my move-in date on October 26. The woman residing beneath me in unit 8 has been particularly aggressive, physically attacking me and verbally abusing me through the door. I will not tolerate these injustices being swept under the rug. I have recorded all conversations as evidence and intend to share them on my podcast to bring awareness to this issue. It is evident that there is a lack of assigned parking, but what is more troubling is the racial discrimination that is rampant within the community. I have photographic evidence of the individuals involved, who have been observed watching and following me to my car. It is alarming that the apartment across from mine and the woman below me have referred to others as 'mayetes,' a racial slur in Spanish. The office has yet to address this matter. In addition, I would like to offer advice to others who have experienced vandalism on this property: consider filing a claim against the business responsible. Similar incidents have been reported, such as the case of the man with the BMW. I urge you to take immediate action in addressing these issues, as they infringe upon my rights and well-being. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter." "I recently moved into the Glendale apartments and let me tell you that the leasing office manager Jymmetta is AMAZING!!!! Jymmetta goes above and beyond to make sure her tenant's are #1 priority. Super helpful in every possible through the entire process of getting myself and children approved to move in. My children and I now have a home. I am ever so greatful for this young lady.
