"This place is nothing fancy, but it's a fair price for a 1 bed in a nice location. Building is quiet, tenants keep to themselves, never have an issue with the free parking. The maintenance is very on top of things and Sarah the manager is very nice amd responsive."

"Besides the obvious bed bug infestestation, spider infestation, and mold. The manager is barely on site the on site-maintenance is inexperienced and a thief. Oh and the place is obviously haunted. I lived on the 1st floor which is basically basement floor and the hallway (a long corridor) power would randomly shut off leaving the entire basement dark and unable to navigate. There were no children on that floor yet there would be loud obsessive knocking on my door or in my closet. Shoot I moved to Aurora because I felt gangs were safer."

"If you have absolutly no where else too live is the ONLY reason id move in here. I left this place 3 years ago, at first i had a room on the top floor, the cieling leaked EVERYTIME it snowed. One time my entire bedroom looked like it was raining. The manager at the time still raised my rent after the 6 month lease was up AND it took until the very last month of the lease too fix the leak. So i told him I wasny renewing unless i got a new room that wasn't mildew from leaking. So he moves me across the hall into a room where I saw paramedics remove a dead body a couple month prior. Guess what, THE ROOF LEAKED IN THERE TOO!!!! UNBELIEVABLE, was my first place ever and worst place ever i can say confidently 3 years later."

"The only issues I had were when I first moved it. I played phone tag and email tag with mgmt for weeks while my app and lease were being processed. This made me nervous because I was scared I was being scammed. I had to wait an additional week to move in, even though I was told an earlier move in date. On the day I moved in, the place had numerous repairs including a broken fan, a flooding dishwasher, broken vanity, and rippling carpet. Also, our snow shoveling service is never effective and I’ve had to go into work late because my car was either shoveled in or stuck on ice. After all this, my rent increased last year which I felt was contrary to these issues I’ve had. It’s a great place to live, and most other neighbors are kind, but I’m curious about the bldg leadership."
