"We've lived here for almost 4 months and have had nothing but positive experiences with Wheelhouse Management. I've had to put in 3 service requests and each one was responded to, and generally resolved, the next business day. The trash cans are emptied at least 3 times a week and are never overflowing. The apartment complex itself is quiet, serene, and spacious with plenty of parking (which is hard to find in this part of Arvada!). It also feels safe and has ample green space. If you're looking for an affordable hidden gem close to I-70 in West Arvada, this is it!"

"This complex recently went under the management of Wheelhouse Apartments and ever since then, there has been a huge problem with the trash being picked up. The old management used to have trash come 3x a week, this new management has lowered it to 1x a week and now the trash just piles up and the trash company won’t even pick it up. The photo attached is a common occurrence. When anyone tries to reach out to them, they basically say it’s the tenants problem. They also have an employee who comes to “check” on things and he drives around early in the morning with really loud obnoxious music blasting, and drove his car up on the curb in front of our door. It’s just ridiculous how much they don’t care."
