"The Heritage Apartments is a great place to live and the manager Amanda is so professional and helpful along with the maintenance man Tony thank you guys for everything you do I will recommend this place to other seniors looking for a place to live and I will recommend skyline properties to anyone that is not a senior to check out other skyline properties around the Denver area because you guys take such pride in this property and others in the area thank you guys so much property is always kept so clean and that's how I live I plan on being here for many years thanks again so much for the hard work all of you guys do."

"Apartment is bright and sunny with lots of windows, windows are on the three outside walls. You have many views of the Colorado sunrise and sunset. Rooms are very large but yet have a homey feel, and lots of room for furniture. The Backyard is in a setting like a park, with a gazebo and flower gardens. Also there are areas for residences to plant their own vegetables and flowers. Location is on a quiet street which has a park at the end of the street. Great place to take a walk and enjoy the area. Supermarket and Pharmacy are within a mile and many other necessary business are equally as close. The Manager is pleasant and friendly and always has time to listen to any thing that you would like to talk about. When something needs to be replaced she is extremely quick to get it replaced. The Maintenance man is a very friendly person. He does a good job with needed repairs and repairs are done quickly. He never makes you feel that you have bothered him."

"I don't know who this Nana is. She couldn't possibly live here. I've been here 13 yrs and this manager is the absolute greatest. Always takes resident concerns seriously. She is well liked by the residents, always pleasant, friendly and ready to help. As for the apts, they are roomy, clean and well maintained by a super maintenance man. The grounds always look nice as do the inside entrances. So, potential residents, come on by and judge for yourself."

"Worst Manager, she’s never in the office, brings her baby to work. Always blaming corporate, she has her favorite residents let’s them do what they want. Fair Housing Law case. Hopefully she’s taken Fair Housing classes, law suit if she does not stop. Do not live here!"
