"It has been a few months I started working at this Property as a vendor (Corboa LLC) Marian Martinez has been good to work for very efficient. She’s always there when my painting crew needs assistance . Scheduling of the units is great and we never run out of paint she’s on it always she’s great."
"Wow I get to live here , . . I’d the feeling I have whether be social events, amenities or incredible people making the building a great place to live. Jess and Elaina are very approachable and on site which is incredibly nice. Maintenance team is super kind and willing to help anytime including the small things. They’ll come check your breakers or respond to emergencies in real time. The amenities are amazing. I always love a year round outdoor pool and hot tub p lol us the courtyard itself has other wonderful features from flat screen tvs at the bar type area and grills and lounge areas. I joist stared using the micro gym on my floor and love the echelon mirror. I’ve used it for restorative yoga and other workouts. You cannot be the quality of the amenities and comfortable space to live in. I love my kitchenette and I’m in a studio so that’s impressive! Definitely do a tour!"
"Moved in this January, and so far I’ve had a positive experience. My number one priority searching for an apartment home was safety, and so far I’ve felt safe here. Management is also great (shoutout to Elena). They’re helpful, responsive and professional. I also like that they host monthly events for the residents. Location is also very nice. Short commute to work, lots of bars/restaurants nearby, and easy access to other neighborhoods in the area. Noise-wise, typical city bustle, but hasn’t caused any issues overnight (having lived in downtown Houston for a couple years). Overall, I’d say I’m pretty happy with living here so far."
"You’re right in the thick of W Colfax and there’s a trailer park right next door. Garage issues were consistently a problem while living here. If you want to be on Sloan’s Lake, live on the other side of W Colfax or at The Raleigh/Regatta not far from but a bit safer. If you have a dog and want to be safe going outside at night/early morning, this isn’t the place for you. The only good thing about living here was the responsiveness of the leasing office and maintenance. But you can find that pretty much anywhere at the price point you’ll pay here."
"The people working here are nice, but my experience wasn't great. My AC was broken (leaked extensively) and never fixed for 2+ months. Maintenance probably drained it out 10+ times, disrupting me, but never fixed the problem. They did eventually give me a less efficient portable AC unit so my living room could be cooled, but not my bedroom (most important to me) or the bathroom. I can't post any videos of the streams of water falling from my bathroom ceiling, but I did post a couple pictures, and pictures of the bowl that would fill with water daily. Hopefully they make sense. My electricity throughout the apartment was also defective. I work from home and almost all of my devices would trip the breaker. I had to resort to charging 1 device at a time (could not charge my 2022 MacBook Pro with its factory charger or via my monitor, had to use a 15W power brick). I "fixed it" myself by running extension cords to separate and different breakers for each of my monitors, my computer, and my TV. A huge inconvenience that I've never experienced with any of the same devices at different apartments/houses. It certainly does not happen where I live now with an identical setup. They charged $410 to clean and paint the apartment after I moved out. That would have been quite upsetting, but okay with me, had a member of their maintenance staff not told me that he would repair the minor holes in the wall I put from hanging paintings/guitars. Also - what is the deposit for, if not for repairing minor damages? I got that $150 "back" but was still charged $410? While I'm at it, I may as well complain about the garage door being broken for several months, despite paying $75 monthly (in addition to rent) for parking. One other complaint is that the elevator frequently goes out. The last time it was out for a couple weeks. It's not the end of the world, but another inconvenience. I didn't want to post a negative review, but I feel like I suffered through some problems while living there and was then unjustly punished even more after moving out."
