The rooms are spacious and there is rarely any noise. The amenities are great. Also it is close to the Bluffs running trail which is my favorite part!"
"I love living at The Marq at Ridgegate! I’ve been a resident since February 2023 and am extremely satisfied. The maintenance team is very responsive, quick to make any fixes you might need. The property is kept in good condition and I love the convenience - there is a great coffee shop next door, and restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Jessica, Amanda and Nick are great community liaisons and go above and beyond to make residents feel like they are home."

The management staff are incredible, maintenance is quick and easy, the apartments are gorgeous, the garage makes sense, the views are top notch, prices are reasonable compared to Denver proper, etc etc. I loved living here and would never have left if I didn’t have such a long commute to work. I’d recommend this complex to anyone and had such an amazing experience living here for the last 10 months!!"

"We have lived at the Marq @ Ridgegate for several years. We’ve always been pleased. All the managers have always been great, a new manager, Nick came on board just recently, thanks to him and the new regional manager, they were able to remove our neighbor, who was just awful for a few years, she smoked, harassed us, and her behavior overall was just horrible! We will be forever grateful to them for removing her from the property. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful, always very helpful. Maintenance issues are almost always addressed the same day. We would recommend this property to anyone."
