"TL;DR - So far so good! Apartment is nice, location is awesome, and staff has been very friendly/helpful. Time will tell, but so far this has been a very easy complex to work with. Still learning the nuances of valet trash, but overall the experience has been good. High ceilings, garden tubs, large closets, open layouts, deep balconies, and extremely responsive maintenance staff have rounded out my experience so far. I hope the positives continue!!"

"This was after they “fixed” the problem the first time around. We have water leaking from the outside every time it rains. You can see the walls have big cracks and nothing was fixed. We also put in another maintenance request after the storm on July 7th nobody responded back or fixed the issue."

"I love it here! This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. I've lived here for over a year now and it exceeds my expectations."

"Overall the apartment complex was nice for the price and the area it's in. We lived at the apartment for just under two years here are some of the good and the bads: Good: - Price apartments are very reasonable for the space and what they provide. - Spacious apartments, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the first floor. You get a spacious living room, with a nice fireplace and small patio. - Amenities, the gym at the apartment is decent for an apartment gym, the pool is very nice during the summer, and the hot tub is definitely a bonus. - Area there is plenty of stuff right near the apartment, close to I-25, mall close, and the bluffs were awesome only a few minutes away. - Maintenance, we didn't have many maintenance requests, but when we put them in they were taken care of quickly. Bad: - Parking, we were told this off the bat so it wasn't unexpected. But it was still terrible, doesn't seem like there is enough parking for how many residents are there. If you arrive after 6PM you'll be luckily to find a spot close, if at all. Almost no parking outside of the gate for visitors because of the retail shops sharing the same parking. - New Management, during the transition there was a lot of new rules put in place, such as no dogs in the pool area, and the pool started closing early in the season. When we signed the lease the pool was advertised as open the whole year (A bit impractical, but still it was advertised). - Packages, we had two packages taken from our front door. Granted this isn't exactly the management fault, but when we reached out asking about it or closing the gate so only residents are allowed in would have been nice. But the gate rarely worked it would suddenly start working and no one knew the code causing a back up of traffic for a while. Also, when our packages would get delivered to the office you would have to ask the employees to check for packages a few times, because even though you have delivery confirmation they say they can't find the package, but if they checked again it would typically be found. - Communication, as mentioned our packages got stolen, and when we emailed management we never got a reply from management. Even if it isn't their fault they never replied, so we felt like they didn't care. - Thin wall, this is probably the case anywhere but we could always hear our neighboring apartments, especially the floor above us. Overall it was a good experience living here especially for the price, just make sure you can deal with some of the cons as well (which you'll find anywhere)."
