"The apartment and amenities are well appointed and functional. Wonderful staff, Mike, Kayla and the maintenance team have over delivered on our expectations. Renting isn’t a perfect science and they deal with concerns promptly and follow-up. That’s customer service! So glad we chose Novus."

"Novus is a fantastic place to live! The building is very clean, apartments are a little pricey, but with great amenities (to include a parking garage) and a location close to everything, the price is well worth it! I’ve lived in 2 units here. I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing - shout out to Mike. He’s been so helpful! If I ever have any issues with maintenance or questions, he’s been my go-to. No apartment complex is perfect, rude and noisy tenants are unavoidable. For what it’s worth, I highly recommend Novus. You won’t be disappointed."

"If I could do a lower rating, I would. My partner and I have had none stop issues at Novus. Mostly with the staff. For example; they came in to check our apartment because there was a leak in the apartment below. After coming in and “looking around” the assistant manager called and said the massive leak was due to our dogs water bowl… at the time we had a towel and tray underneath water bowl so there was no possible way that was the cause. After my partner said that he was offended by this assistant manager she proceeded to tell us to be mindful and clean up after our dogs. After realizing that obviously wasn’t the leak, they were in our apartment several other times to check out the issue, They finally realized there was mold and excessive water damage to our ceiling. After realizing the source of the leak they had to cut out our entire closet ceiling and replace it. In that process, they left a huge mess of paint and sheet wall all over my partners clothes. They never once apologized for the false accusation. Only offered us a free apartment cleaning."

"It’s officially been over a week since I moved into my new single unit here at Novus. I love the staff and residents, all my neighbors are polite and friendly. Any issues or concerns I had were immediately addressed and taken care of. Shout out to Mike Beiza and the crew of the leasing office. He’s a great person to work with if you’re looking for a new apartment. Also, thank you to the Bernard & the maintenance crew for fixing anything as soon as I mentioned it."
