"Security is close to nonexistent here. Building doors have been easily accessible to people experiencing homelessness since I leased here, leaving my roommates and me to feel our safety is at risk. The apartment's condition was unfavorable upon move-in. There were paint stains on cabinets and even paint dumped down the bathroom drain that I had to clean myself. The “unseen” areas weren't cleaned properly, e.g., The top areas of the kitchen cabinet were covered in a greasy film until we cleaned it all. The hardwood floors are uneven, scratched, scuffed, and with gaps in the spacing, despite claims it has all been renovated. Management has been ignorant of the state of the property and our concerns."

"AMLI RidgeGate is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious with tall ceilings, great views, and lots of natural light. The amenities are all really nice. The maintenance team here is great, they’re very friendly and quick to respond to any work orders. The leasing office is also very friendly, the communication between them and tenants is amazing. They email regularly, letting people know about improvements they’re doing around the community, and about the monthly events they do. Moving in we had Nate give us a tour and process our application. He was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. The leasing office really seems to go out of their way to make everyone in the apartment community feel welcome. Having a parking garage during snow days makes a huge difference. The Lone Tree area feels very safe. There is also a really nice open space a few minutes away that’s perfect to take the dogs on a nice hike. It’s really close to the light rail and other public transportation options.There’s plenty of nearby options to grab some food, do some shopping, and get groceries. Unfortunately we are moving out early because of circumstances forcing us to move out of state, however without a doubt I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment community to call home. This has been by far one of the best places I’ve lived at."

"AMLI has decreased in quality so much since my husband and I first leased at AMLI Dry Creek 6 years ago. They used to fix things around their property no matter what, which is what made them so special to us. Over the last few years, you can tell their mission across their properties has changed to what makes them the most money versus what helps the residents. They avoid major fixes like pet stained carpet around the property, smell of glycol around the property, and broken brick around the pool that cause a trip hazard to residents. Multiple break ins of cars and stolen cars/bikes have happened in the last couple months. I also want to clarify, even though AMLI said that they reached out, they have not reached out at all. The comment they made is a misrepresentation and there has been no change in my complaints at all."

"I love living here. I have made many great friends in our community. The staff, especially Nate Smit are so helpful. It’s great having the gym and other amenities so close."

"Amli is a fabulous place to live. I made the move here in June and have enjoyed my time so much here already. Everyone who works here if friendly and helpful. The maintenance team does great work and are so helpful! The office team is amazing as well, they put such hard work into all the fun community events and it really has made my experience here amazing!"
