"Through our year long tenancy at IMT Ridgegate, we experienced a handful of concerns that come along with apartment living. The occasional fire alarm or a barking dog. However, these common concerns took a back seat to the life we had here. In the summertime and well into the fall, we were able to walk our dogs (and our new baby boy) to Starbucks and Snooze, pediatrician check-ups at Sky Ridge, and nearby parks to play. A pool fitted with cabanas and grills and a nice waterfall was also part of our summer fun. For two "work at home" and "stay at home" professionals/parents, our spacious floor plan and modern finishes allowed us the space we needed to work and live. And if one of us needed to escape for a bit? Up to the private library we go! The 6th floor is one of our favorite parts of this complex. The nicest apartment gym I have ever seen, a freaking rock wall, and plenty of space to hang out with others. Plenty of parking, well-maintained grounds and halls (Thanks, Greg!), and a responsive office staff all made our time at IMT convenient. But what I will remember most is laughing way too hard playing ping pong on the 6th floor when I was 8 months pregnant, bringing our first born child home for the first time, decorating his nursery, ordering way too much amazon prime, walking to summer concerts, having family and friends visit from around the world, and so much more. So many memories were made in our home at IMT Ridgegate and I will forever hold this place close to my heart. This is an amazing place to call home."
