"Wanted to write an updated review now that we are finally leaving. When we moved in the apartment we signed for was not ready, no one bothered to communicate this to us or respond to our calls as we were trying to set up a time to come in and grab keys. Then they swapped us into a unit that had not been cleaned there were pubes all over the bathroom and literal feces on the bathroom wall, items still in the pantry. When we tried to get someone to come clean it we were told everyone was gone for the Holiday weekend so we scrubbed the feces off ourselves and please also keep in mind this was during peak covid times. Times you would think they would put extra effort in to clean their units. Our apartment has full on flooded twice within a matter of 6 month putting us out for about 6 weeks in total between the two times, unless we wanted to deal with the sound of 9 fans and the ceiling being gone from the living room, the dining area and from the kitchen, but don't worry they'll offer you $250 off super sweet deal. The cops are here about every single week, wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. We've had a catalytic converter stolen off of our vehicle a car broken into. Multiple gutters are busted so the stairs become a horrendous icy hazard once the snow starts to melt. Since the majority of our ceiling has been open twice I can also assure you that there is not one little tiny puff of insulation in the ceiling so expect your xcel bill to always run high and to always know where your upstairs neighbor is in their unit or hear their movies / shows and your heater to constantly be running. The only positive thing is that the onsite mainteance team is incredible and will hop on issues as quickly as they are able to. This was our experience renting here for the past two years. They're trying to do some rebranding but it's essentially putting lipstick on a pig."

"My Boy Kevin!! Best experience so far when searching for a new place to live. Kevin was knowledgeable of the community, the area, and & helped me narrow down between the 4 floor plans I was looking at. We went on tours for the floorplans, amenities, explained all things very well to to determine the best one for me based on my needs. I applied onsite once the tour was over because I felt very confident in the tour. I filled out my credit application and received a decision in less than 24 hours and had my lease agreement ready to review/sign by the next morning."

"This review has been due for months. There guys are the best. I would give more stars if possible. We moved a long way away from overseas and Kevin has been a champion help to get us our apartment. We are super thankful to Kevin, Bethany & Ryan as they went beyond their way to welcome us as we had so many challenges moving from Australia. Also, Any maintenance issues - Marc and his team,Miguel are being super stars in fixing things straightaway. We love the way our apartment is structured with walk-ins in all bedrooms and their continual effort in extending the facilities and to make the estate look tidy and beautiful! We can walk to Safe Way, Target is so close and 6 mins drive to the Park Meadows Mall. What a bonus!!! We love living here!!!
