"Save your self the hassle. Do not rent here. They only give you one parking spot and random people are always parking in your spot. They make you park your second vehicle in the RTD garage on Wadsworth. The walk home from the garage there is unsafe. All the crackheads follow you home like they’re trying to jump you. Residents are out without shirts. No one puts their dogs on leashes and no one picks up their dog poop. Management is 100% absent so everyone just does whatever they want."
