"Lived here for a few years. Office staff had a lot of turn over, but the maintenance crew was consistent and they were always helpful and friendly. Finishes were a bit cheap, but overall we enjoyed our time here"

"Charity & Martha in the office have been super helpful and accommodating with all of my recent requests. Service requests fulfilled by Abraham, Joe, and Jack are typically completed the same day that I put them in, they are always very friendly when I see them. The pool is in much better shape than it was a year ago, lots of new chairs and it was cleaned. The parking situation is really the only negative thing here. Guest parking hardly exists and your friends will typically end up parking across the street at King Soopers or on a side street further away."

"I love living here. Very convenient complex for everything what I need. Well maintained. Also fast response from maintenance team. Management is awesome, easy to communicate and flexible even for the Ukrainians. Parking, playground, jacuzzi, gym - has it all."

"I love my 2bd 2ba here! The apartment is spacious and well planned to give me and my roommate our privacy. The bathtubs are soak worthy even for us more curves gals! The appliances are pretty new and the apartment is well insulated so I haven't had to spend much on electricity or hear my neighbors intimate discussions! If I have had any maintenance issues the maintenance team (Abraham and Joe) are on it. The leasing office staff (Martha, Charity, Priscilla) are always sweet and helpful. The property is very pet friendly so even when I miss my dog plenty of neighbors are open to share their pet’s love and a chat. For me the location is close enough to get the fun of Denver without being in the crowded city."

"I have lived in this complex for a little over a year and love it here. Our maintenance team is fantastic! If there has been any need for maintenance, it is taken care of within hours of putting in the request and if not, it is the next day. Everyone has been super friendly and easy to talk to. The only problems are with the parking situation and when someone does park in your spot and you call the towing company, they would give every excuse possible to not actually come tow someone even if they were a multiple warning vehicle parked in your spot! I would have to park a couple of streets over if it was Friday, Saturday, Sunday and walk the streets by myself at 4am because nothing would be done about the person in my spot. There are signs posted that our complex is assigned parking and unauthorized vehicles will be towed which should have been plenty of warning, but the tow company never would actually tow them until at least 12-24 hours warning. I purchased a garage so now I do not have this issue. Overall, I have absolutely loved living here and have no plans to leave. Our new property manager is super friendly and once again, our maintenance staff is absolutely the best! Abraham has been so super nice ever since we moved in and will talk to us every time he sees us out and about on the property and makes sure we are taken care of! I have never in my life had such a nice maintenance team and I’m so thankful for them especially right now (our third floor neighbor flooded our apartment) and all their help in moving the process along (the issue requires an outsourced company which has made things slower and is out of our team’s control but they have still gone above and beyond for us)."
