"Great place to stay in a convenient location. Clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet, hors d’oeuvres, once a week in the evening. Especially helpful and friendly person who works at the front desk in the evenings named Summer. She will take great care of you. It is really good at her job. The pool is pretty small with a 4 foot max depth. My kids were disappointed in that, but still had a good time swimming."

"In short, we did have a very pleasant stay in this property. The staffs are friendly and helpful overall. We checked in and interacted with the night-time receptionist Ms. Summer several times and she provided us exceptional and beyond expectation customer service. I hope this is the model of staffs or such good culture can persist in the staffs. The continental breakfast is great, sufficient and enough variety of choices. Containers are almost never empty. Things are organized clean and neatly. This save us time for hunting breakfast cold outside. Great job to the kitchen staffs! This is for sure an important factor for some travelers like us when picking a mid-tier hotel stay. The property, fixtures, furniture and so on do show their age. This is important to note, so it may not best fit those chasing after newest, latest and the most modern room/suite. However, giving the age of those "hardware", I can see this property gives and tries their best effort to keep up the condition. At least they are neat, tidy and clean. The property is located pretty west of Denver, great location or almost the closest one still in Denver for traveling to the ski areas/resorts in the west. This is one of the reason we picked this property as well. We like the breakfast, friendly staffs, location and comfortable space of the suite. The carpet, fixtures and furniture if can be replaced/upgraded, that will make it even better! We will pick this property in the future if we can."

"Stayed here due to proximity of temporarily work. There’s another review mentioning the quirky rooms such as light switch placement-i definitely agree it’s very very oddly constructed. Most long term stay hotels also have some cookware-this one didn’t. They don’t make coffee fresh throughout the day. did not eat the breakfast but what I saw was not really much of a good breakfast offering. The most notable disappointment at my stay was the lack of hot water-get a bigger water heater! I thought the front desk employees were friendly unlike some reviewers although the little store with snacks and such wasn’t well stocked. Also they should provide pens and notepads in the rooms."

"The carpets were visually dirty, things were dusty and just not the best. We ate breakfast one morning and the next day the highchair had the same filth from the day prior. When we opened the playpen they gave us it had dirty laundry in it. It wasn't great. I loved the indoor pool. It was heated enough for my 19 month old to allow me to put him in. I didn't like that the only view the gym had next door was of the pool so we only stayed in the pool while the gym wasn't in use. Easy access to busses from this location and fast food options next door. It's about a 15-minute walk from the grocery we went to. You get a lot of space in the rooms but so many outlets. I had to reorganize the room a bit because they didn't have covers on hand and didn't have anyone available to send up and tape them over when we arrived. The TV wasn't a smart TV. The drawers were not deep enough for our packing cubes. I found that annoying. Behind the head of the bed there were bits of trash that had fallen down there. The bed was super, super, super hard. A few mornings they only had pouches of oatmeal and hot water but the hot water wasn't hot enough so you'd have to go up and use the microwave to make it. One of the pots in my room fell apart before I could attempt to use it. The top of the not so tall fidge was dusty. This hotel worked for us but I wouldn't want to stay their again."
