"The place is ran by criminals and is not safe! The property manager, Deshawn Layton {DOB: 02/04/1975 and Michigan State Prison Inmate Number: 243972) did 15 years in prison for armed robbery, stolen property, and Grand Theft Auto. He's only been out a couple years and he is still acts like a thug to this day. Claiming he's the owner of the property and not just the help. He recently got a new charge for assaulting a woman and chasing her out into the middle Colfax Ave where she all most got hit by a truck escaping the threat to her life by him and his underage girlfriend "Angel". I witness the whole thing myself."

"I went to the motel to ask for the room price. I kindly asked how much is the room price and can I see the room. The attitude of the receptionist was very rude, instead of helping, he yelled at me and asked me to leave my property. My English is not very good, I tried to explain the situation. I said I'm new here and he started to act racist: He said go and don't come again."

"Bad experience, I did pay $75 I didn’t claim it back just because I was traveling from California and hotel like that it’s not common here probably just as shelter for homeless people. She showed me 3 rooms, 2 of them stinks to death, and one in second floor almost make me throw up. But it’s okay I understand. Every state is different but I decided not to stay. In the other part the lady at the office was super nice."

"The place is clean, old, but clean and no bugs. The owners or people that manage the property are very nice. They have great TV options. They are extremely close to public transportation. Close to a grocery store. I would recommend it for a budget stay."
