"Don’t live here! Heavy roach infestation. They live in the walls and my apt is infested in the whole apartment no matter how clean I keep my place. They are in my cabinets, and couch!!! overflowing dumpster with homeless dumpster diving. Homeless sleeping in complex breeze ways, dog poop all over, no management for two months, no maintenance, elderly lady had no air conditioning for two days! And roaches! Is it that hard to manage these apts? Need security! No security on site. With all the money you make off us, you can afford security patrol!Take care of your apts management! Management: you don’t care about the family’s that live here! It used to be clean, and the breezeways are no longer getting deep cleaned & now there is garbage, and drug addicts smoking fentanyl on the stairs, sleeping..please take care of your tenants. This is why 13 apts are now vacant, because everyone is leaving! It used to be pleasant to live here. Don’t tell me you’re truly sorry! Stop lying"

"Cigarette smoke that enters my apartment from units below, bad management, roaches, mailroom is locked and no keys for tenants, hobos on property, noisy, improper inspection, been living through repairs that weren't done before move-in, not fully cleaned at move-in, $1050 deposit. My rent was still raised after reporting how uninhabitable tenants' smoking has made my apartment. No curing or evictions."

"I LOVE these apartments. They have a washer and dryer in each unit, and a small patio area. There are lots of cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom are large, with a large bedroom closet. Location is convenient. I'm very happy here."

"I took a tour of a unit a month ago. These are very spacious, thoughtfully designed with perfect amenities including a full-sized washer and dryer in each unit. Best of all, all utilities except cable and Internet are included in monthly rent. Arlene, the community manager is an absolute pleasure. If you have any needs she is more than happy to address them with you. She will take very good care of you and is extremely patient and accommodating to one's questions and concerns. I really hope to make Zephyr Line Apartments my new home in the near future. I hope Arlene works here for a really long time!"
