Cottonwood Apartments

"Maintenance has been extremely minimized since last sale. Leaves and needles never picked up, vandalized fence, broken window never fixed on property, dog waste stations not service in months, no lighting in parking lot, locks to entry doors broken, does not have air condition gas advertised, given up on maintenance requests with no response. Have had no success in trying to speak with a live human at management company. Been here several years never seen building and yards in Duce poor confition."

"Lived here for a year. Old building with VERY poor noise isolation, it was pretty cold there at winter time. Don't trust those fake reviews. My neighbor who was leaving the same day as me, told me that she was happy to leave, and so was I. BRC Multifamily eventually forged my signature in the documents and kept a big part of the deposit. Needless to say how rude they were when I tried to complain. You can find much better apartments for the same price near Belmar."

"I have had only one truly horrible experience living here. My next door neighbors had two dogs. Not little apartment size dogs but German Police Dog size dogs living with them. They came with big dog sized voices. They barked when there people were here and when they were not here. They barked all hours of the day and night. I contacted the then building manager about this and nothing was done about it. I put up with it for about 6 months till they moved. The situation was in my opinion totally uncivilized but I waited them out because I am otherwise content with my situation here. It does cost to much but so does everything."
