"I haven’t been here for a year yet. I’m already having issues they have double charged me rent on more than one occasion. They refused to give my money back said they would credit to my rent cafe account. Two months later it happened again. This time with extra charges I’ve never seen before. Because of the incompetence of staff. I struggle to pay the rest of my bills. I would NOT recommend this place."

"When I had went here to apply for a apartment. This place was like a joke. The manger Sonya the bigger lady always sitting at the desk ignoring me when I come to apply for a residence here. She is so concerned about micromanaging the residents and being obsessive over the residents and their personal life. This is what I have witnessed just waiting in the office to apply for a apartment while Sonya sits at the desk ignoring me typing a very long email I assume she finished before she welcomed me in her office. I want to use the word welcome loosely. My heart was really set on this apartment being a single it was perfect for my income. But I was heart broken and the behavior of Sonya in the front desk left a bad taste in my mouth. I was turned off by the behavior and unprofessionalism of the property manger Sonya. I feel like I have dodged a bullet living here. Also she was very mean and acting as if she did not want me to apply. I work as a nurse I know the laws in my field and I’m sure the housing industry has many laws as well. For example not be leading or steering a way people trying to apply because Sonya is lazy and she wants to choose only particular people to live here. So I went to archwayhousing I recommend this over west metro housing. Archwayhousing welcomes everyone!!!"

"If I can give a 10 I would. I am currently living here and so far my only problems I had is the bathtub that makes noise every time I take shower but other than that it is a really great apartment to live including the management. I have been facing financial problem and one of them is being late on my rent and paying extra $75 for late payment fee. Miss Lyn Callum looks so strict but she has a beautiful kind heart. She helped me in so many ways and understand my situation. I am so thankful to her and the company for being so patience with me."

"We've been here for about 4 months now and overall, it's a decent place to live. Maintenance is very nice, I had to have them come for our dishwasher not working properly and after the second time of coming, they ordered us a new one. Once it was replaced, the sink started leaking but they came over almost immediately to fix it. They were super nice and even helped me carry laundry from my third floor to my car when I was leaving. I have a 2 month old son so that was very helpful! The management has their ups and downs but I've heard of worse elsewhere. A small spider issue now that it's starting to cool off but they have an inspector that comes by every month. Definitely inspect your space before signing your lease because there were things we didn't notice until after moving in so it's just best to notice it before so you aren't liable for them later. The kids that play outside is refreshing. They all go in before dark so they're never an issue for us and they've all been respectful towards me. My biggest issue is just my neighbors. Most people in the community are friendly though. Overall, this place isn't the best but isn't the worst by far! I recommend this place to my friends that want a good deal on pricing. Utilities are included in your rent which is a big help!"

"I am one to depend on reviews when looking into an apartment, so I hope this helps you in your search. Currently I have been renting a 2bd 2ba for the past year & I absolutely love it! Rent is ridiculous these days so I was lucky enough to find this clean, decently priced 2 bedroom with utilities included! I have not had any problems with the office staff they all are really nice and caring ladies. One of the maintenance men lives in these apartments as well so maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. There are kids who run around and play outside but kids will be kids, they aren't as bad here as I've experienced in other apartment complexes. I have had some spider issues but I live on the first floor so it's to be expected. What's nice though is the office has a company who comes at the beginning of each month to spray for them as requested. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained place to relax and call home with decent rent and utilities included look no further you've found the right place!"
