Avalon Castle Rock at the Meadows

"When I first looked at my apartment: I honestly felt like I was looking at a expensive hotel to go on vacation. So, I grabbed it as quickly as I could. The apartments are located within 5 or 10 minutes of everything castle Rock has to offer. I am a disabled veteran (1988-1992, Cpl, USMC, retired), and I needed an apartment that accomidated my unique disabilities. Mine is perfectly suited. And, because of my disabilities; I have to depend on the staff more than most other residents. I have always found Mike and Bree helpful, extremely professional, pet friendly, and always open to communication with a refreshing smile. Tom, Keith and Teresa(maintenance staff) are always on the ball so to speak, and second to none I’ve ever known in my apartment experiences. I think all the staff deserves a pay raise, and a 10 star rating. However; 5 stars will have to be the best for now. Just a side note, and another bonus to living here is friendly neighbors always willing to lend a helpful hand. I highly recommend living here!"

"I can confidently say that this is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in, if not the best.. The property and the team are outstanding! Michael's friendliness alone sold me on a unit back in 2022. Michael is beyond professional, respectful, and kind; along with the rest of the team at Avalon Castle Rock. The maintenance team is incredible when it comes to requests, and the property overall is well kept and maintained. I lived in a 1 bedroom during my lease, and it definitely felt like a luxury apartment should. For whoever is considering moving here, whether you're a first timer on your own, or have had previous apartments prior to this one, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed! The rate of rent with the amenities this property offers is reasonable given the economy. I can't say enough positive things about Avalon! Thank you all at Avalon Castle Rock!"

"Very nice place to live. The community is fairly quiet; it's close to eateries, shops, and the freeway, but not so close that there's traffic or noise; good proximity to walking and biking trails and a few parks. I have not had any issues with neighbors, and the office and maintenance team have been great to work with. Overall a really solid place, and somewhere that I'd be perfectly happy moving back into someday. Pros: Convenient location - The Outlets are a short 5 minute drive away, about 4 minutes of which are spent waiting at traffic lights; decent for biking - close to Plumb Creek Trail which is a beautiful walking/biking trail that goes from here to downtown Castle Rock, and The Meadows has some nice walking/biking trails that you can access from near this complex; nice property; private, attached garages; can live on the second floor with nobody above or below you; decent gym. Cons: This isn't a very walkable area - downtown Castle Rock is leagues ahead; high rent prices - but to be fair, that's everywhere; thin walls - I can definitely hear my neighbors playing music and sometimes even just having conversations; a few residents have loud, modified cars or motorcycles - not the fault of the property but just something to be aware of."

"Avalon at Castle Rock has been home for almost a year now. Vic Earnest our maintenance tech has been professional, efficient and thorough on the maintenance requests that have been submitted. He does the job correctly and promptly the first time. Always timely and very communicative. It's so refreshing to have a wave as we're driving into the property whenever we pass along the way. Anyone who lives in an apartment community knows that it is a very full time job with the number of requests submitted. Vic never makes you feel like you are just another tik on the never ending to do list and on to the next request."
