"It has been a difficult situation from start to finish. I know everyone is trying, but this is really been hard on us. Now: Even though our move in was pretty aggravating, there have been many good things to replace them. The office staff is super helpful, thoughtful and personable. We love our apartment and are finding that it is quite fun to live here. Lots of nice people. We are happy to be here."

"Move in was good and all pertinent items covered and explained. The ladies in management have been very accommodating and approachable. I do wish though that I’d been communicated with regarding when the building was ready to occupy since I was moving in from out of state. I nearly had a disaster on my hands if I had planned on moving in earlier than the 60 days allowable past the original date I was given last year. I would like to see if there is info regarding the thermostat. It appears to be programmable through devices on WiFi and I’d love to be able to do that. Also when will the Smart Access Intercom be ready for Building 1?"

"We have lived here for about 4 months now and we have honestly had a good experience. The management has been very nice and responsive to us. Maintenance requests have been completed consistently and in a timely manner. There is always a "learning curve" with new apartments and it seems like management has done a good job addressing any complaints and concerns so far. Great location and our building has been very quiet. We would definitely recommend!"
