Hampton Inn Castle Rock

"We left an overnight bag containing medication. When I called to have it sent, they said that it was up to me to get it. Would not do anything to help. Verified that they have the bag, will not help me to get it back. I said I didn't care the cost, they said it was up to me to find a shipping service. I will never use Hampton Inn again"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. We had a great experience and will always stay here in the future."

"A wonderful, much needed quiet night. Strange to be in a hotel alone Christmas eve, but the employees were so very nice. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was awesome, smiling kindly even though he was working on a holiday. A great breakfast,too."

"These rooms don’t sleep 5. None of them. Don’t believe what it says when you make the reservation. They’re lying. There are multiple reviews complaining about this, but they haven’t changed. Currently sitting in the lobby at 2:30 am because my wife, mother, and kids are asleep in the 2 queen beds upstairs. There isn’t even a comfortable chair in the room that I can try to nap in. Have a full day of driving ahead of me and I don’t know how that’s going to work with no sleep. Also: Rooms are not the cleanest. Some unfinished areas with exposed piping. Extremely loud in my room from the highway noise. All around terrible experience."

"Had to make an unscheduled stop here due to poor driving conditions last night. We were able to book over the phone in under 5 minutes. The manager was super sweet, caring, and helpful. The room was tidy and stocked. There was free food and drinks for guests. I was very happy with my stay here and would absolutely recommend it. I want to shout out the manager Becky - she was going around in the morning checking on people, making conversation, and generally being a wonderful host. Helped us plan our next move and provided us with a better scraper for the car than we had on hand. I was very impressed with her hospitality. She deserves a raise."
