"Terrible quality! We reserved 26-27 mar 1 night but their staff checked 25-26 1 night and we already checked out! We've never been there before 26 mar, 1 pm by priceline and they saw our reservation history but they stolen our money and there is no refund. They're theif. Bob was horrible and we'll never use there again. I'm sure that they ignored me because i'm asian. They were rude like racist."

"I will never stay at this hotel again. The old man at the desk was rude, and not at all accommodating. I do not understand why I have to pay more money to be on the first floor due to my disability. It's like you're being penalized for having a disability. They have no elevators as well. They knock at your door before it's time to leave. If you don't leave at exactly 11:00 a.m., you will be charged. I was also totally disappointed that there was no microwave in the room which to me is fairly standard. I regret staying at this hotel and will never make that mistake again."

"The people at the front desk were amazing. Bob is extremely nice and polite. I got stuck in castle rock for 3 days from the blizzard. I choose to stay here when my work schedule is all jacked up. The staff goes up and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of."

"It's a decent enough motel. The building has its fair share of quirks here and there. However, it's very clean overall and the friendly staff more than make up for the building's minor shortcomings. The area around the motel is jam-packed with restaurants, bars, and fast food places for all price ranges."

"Travelers beware of this hotel! Management is absolutely horrendous, bordering on unethical theft! We had prepaid for 4 nights in this hotel. We check in Thursday night, Friday morning we call to report the blinds in the room as broken (couldn’t raise the shades). They sent someone to the room and accused us of breaking them. Said they would be keeping our security deposit and could charge us an additional $500 for the repair. When I stated I wouldn’t pay $500 for something that was broken when we arrived the general manager, Jonathan, said we were no longer welcome to stay at the hotel. He said he would refund me for the nights we didn’t stay but here we are almost 2 weeks later and he has not followed through on that promise and doesn’t not respond to contact attempts. He wouldn’t give us confirmation of our check out which was sketchy. Absolutely horrible management. In reading the other 1 star reviews it seems to be a theme. Broken items in the room upon arrival, terrible management/customer service, and sneaky charges. I can’t stress enough- find somewhere else to stay! You run the risk of being overcharged for either fake damages or being charged more than the originally quoted price. Do yourself a favor and protect your bank account by finding another hotel- there’s tons to choose from."
