"I recently had the pleasure of working with Oscar, the leasing agent at Legacy, and he exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Oscar’s professionalism and warmth were immediately apparent. He possessed an in-depth knowledge of the property and what it offers, patiently answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout my leasing process. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. He even took his time to understand my needs and preferences which helped me find the perfect apartment Thanks to Oscar I found my dream apartment at Legacy and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Oscar to anyone in search of a leasing agent who genuinely commits to client satisfaction."
"Just recently moved in and have been having the best experience here. Great area and beautiful amenities. Oscar from the leasing office has been especially helpful! We had a few bumps with moving in and he was constantly making sure everything was handled and checking in on us."
"The staff is nice here, but I think they are spread too thin or just aren't given enough resources. I have been complaining about a leaking window for a year and a half now with multiple different people coming to take a look but no real action on fixing the leak. It leaks every time the snow melts. The drywall is cracked and peeling and my apartment smells musty whenever it rains or snows. Update. 1 month later, still no response to my service requests. Here are pictures of the damage. Woke up at 4:30 to dripping again..."
"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for an entire year and would’ve stayed longer is life didn’t have other plans! We were on the third level in a renovated unit - so quiet and SO much room!! Moving to our new space has made us realize how much room our unit at Legacy had. We felt safe there too which was a plus, garbage was close by and we always had parking. The legacy team was SO helpful with the quick move-out we had and was very accommodating to our situation. We will miss this place dearly!"
"Avoid this place at all costs! We moved in the beginning of October 2022 and immediately discovered water leaking into our apartment from under the baseboards and bedroom window. Since November 2022, we've had a broken dishwasher that has not been fixed despite multiple service requests, countless conversations with staff members, and even an email sent to the maintenance supervisor - it's still yet to be resolved. The new office manager has a terrible attitude and was extremely dismissive when we voiced our concern about the water entering our apartment. And her staff are no better - they can't even keep up with basic maintenance! The property is an absolute hazard, as evidenced by ice on sidewalks and entry ways to apartments, not to mention stairs that are never cleared of snow. Living here is beyond frustrating; it's downright dangerous. It seems that we are not the only ones to experience a dangerous slip and fall caused by this complex's carelessness. All they do is urge us to call them in order to discuss our issue, yet it is obvious that their priority isn't with their tenants' wellbeing. We have already reached out multiple times via phone calls, emails, and visits but nothing has changed - truly unacceptable! UPDATE: After several months of waiting, the new dishwasher was finally installed. Although it's a lower grade than the previous one, its performance is better - but sadly I wasn't able to oversee installation and make sure that the maintenance guy had leveled it correctly before he left. I was on a zoom call and didn't notice the poor install till after he had left. It's quite puzzling why he decided to leave without double-checking his work. I contacted him on the same number he had used to message me on installation day, letting him know that he needed to return and make sure everything was level. After no response from him, I decided to take it upon myself. Therefore, should you ever find yourself in this situation, always double-check their work before they leave your premises in order to verify that they have done a thorough job! Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I had to fix something that they didn't properly fix. After we asked them to repair the top deadbolt of the front door, it still wouldn't lock—so I had to take a drill and modify the hole so that it would function effectively. I have added images of the inadequate snow removal, as well as visual evidence of the bruise that I received after falling from the ice buildup and my broken toe from falling down the ice and snow packed stairs. Despite requesting that the problem be rectified properly, they only applied a temporary fix in the hopes of preventing further flooding."
