"The front desk staff is amazing! We came here for daughter’s surgery, very nice man offered wheelchair as my daughter was dizzy getting to our room! We were snowed in and had to ask for items a little more often and it was never a problem! The only complaint was the mattress was a little uncomfortable! Very clean and very friendly!"

"I wish I had done a little more investigating before we just booked… there is no hot tub. It was removed recently. The pool is cold (we like to get hotels with pools for the kids) and there were no towels. There is construction going on which is good for the property I’m sure but does nothing for the experience of staying here. Breakfast cost 1/3 of the room price. Based on the price and amenities we will not be back. This isn’t to say the hotel isn’t appropriate for someone else. It just did not suit our need."

"This place is overpriced and price gouges because of how close they are to red rocks stadium. I came here for a work trip out of town. This place doesn’t provide complimentary breakfast, they think powdered eggs and a banana should cost you $14. The staff speaks broken English at best. If you guys really want to call yourself a 5 star establishment, focus on the customer experience and not the cosmetics of the lobby. And it’s right next to the highway. Kinda reminiscent of the entire country right now. 0/10 hated it, won’t be back"

"I generally stay at Hiltons because of their consistency. I had an issue with the TV in my room. Bree at the front desk got it taken care of for me quickly. Seems minor but after a 12 hour work and travel day all I wanted was to sit down and relax. The rooms are nice and clean."
