"March 1st my wife and I drove across country for my son's wedding and Denver. I'm because I did not get very much. Sleep at the rest area. We continue driving 30 total hours. To get to our hotel. We arrived very early at 11 AM day of check in. My wife and I came up to the counter. And I said I completely understand if no. But is there any chance anyway? can we get checked in early? If not we're just gonna sit in the lobby. It's too nice ladies at the desk. Understood how we felt. And looked in the system to see if they could find something for us. They did and we checked in early. And i'm so grateful. I don't know if being Hilton honors member ment anything or we were just Customers that they took care of."

"loved it excellent breakfast good staff extremely considerate it was a snow storm and night staff went to the side door late because he thought I'd need help with the door gave complimentary bottled water because the soft drink sold out very big beautiful rooms tea and coffee constantly in the lobby. one of the best in city stays I've had in Denver very clean comfortable beds nice bathtub shower combo even the body soap and shampoo and conditioner were good brand full size bottles in the shower has complimentary make up remover all sent and dye free for sensitive skin. if your in town I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for clean comfortable stay the price is great considering the amenities they are pet friendly also."

"Had amazing customer service.we felt welcomed and that the staff wanted to meet our needs. We were visiting for a family funeral and needed several rooms, we were told that they couldn’t guarantee that we would all be in the same floor when we booked. When we showed up the attendant made sure to find rooms that would accommodate us all on the same floor and was able to secure two rooms that were adjoining. We gave those two rooms to the family with the young kids. Great memories for the young cousins. Thank you for great customer service."
