"Charlie in the leasing office was amazing to work with. From the moment we dropped in for a tour he was very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. He assisted us on the application process right away, and helped answer all our of questions every step of the way. The apartment and community is beautiful, with so much natural light and space. Charlie was a huge selling point for us to call Chroma our new home."
"My wife and I are completely happy with our Apartment at Chroma. Ashlee, the Assistant Community Manager, has been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process of leasing our apartment. Ashlee has shown tremendous professionalism and communication from the very first time we walked in to Chroma for our tour of the facilities and residences, as well. Ashlee also made us feel extremely comfortable as we discussed how we were downsizing to an apartment from a larger home. Not only was Ashlee wonderful to directly work with but we had some time to talk to Eric, the Community Manager, and he was very approachable and friendly as he also made us feel at home here at Chroma — before we even committed to moving here! The whole process has been great and we’re very thrilled to have moved to Chroma Apartments."
"This apartment complex is fantastic! Ashlee in the leasing office made my move from out of state a breeze. I love this community and am happy I chose to make my home here. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is great. Everything has been perfect since I moved in. Follow-up: The day before Christmas 2023 I was presented with a lease renewal for my unit. The monthly rent increased $183 a month (+7.5% or $2,196 a year). I protested the increase to no avail. Warning to potential new residents - Shea Properties (Chroma) has no hesitation with drastically increasing your rent after year one."
"I moved in several weeks ago to Chroma in Highlands Ranch. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to live here. There is a nice selection of apartments and great amenities. The best aspect is the staff. They are so friendly and responsive. Also, the location is wonderful - easy access to the freeways and stores."
