Creekside at Highlands Ranch Apartments

"My wife and I were very excited to move here. It is a nice, quiet community and the apartment was recently renovated. The maintenance team is great - Luke does a great job. The management team has also been great and helped quite a bit for us in the initial process. Our issue here just 3 months in is the paper thin ceiling. We hear EVERY footstep of our upstairs neighbors and their kids. The walls are thicker and we have an end unit so no issues there. But man, it really sucks having to hear them all day every day and in the night, waking us up with creaking and cracking floor boards. They even have carpet which apparently does nothing. Everything else about the apartment is really great, but that’s a deal breaker and we won’t be renewing."

"Creekside Apartments in Highlands Ranch is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are spacious and modern, with great amenities and a convenient location near parks and shops. But what really makes Creekside special is the awesome customer service, especially from Jessi Lambert. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and that residents feel at home. Overall, Creekside Apartments is top-notch. Huge thanks to Jessi and the team for making it such a great place to live!"

"Jess was my leasing agent and made this process incredibly simple. I had an urgent need for an apartment for myself any my two daughters. I think I was in and signed in less than 2 hours (and I looked at multiple apartments). Since moving in (2 months ago) I have met the entire staff and everyone has been exceptional and customer oriented. This community is awesome! My daughters (8 & 12) live this place…and it’s winter…they haven’t even experienced the pool. I also had 2 maintenance requests that were handled within 24 hours (really minor issues too). Luke did both of these requests. Manny is friendly and such a great guy! I think he is the grounds keeper."

"I had an issue with my dishwasher. I reported it on Sunday afternoon. Luke, the maintenance technician arrived at 9:00 am Monday morning. He quickly assessed the issue, got the parts, and fixed my dishwasher. He was all done by 9:40 am. I really appreciate the fast, and professional service. Luke was awesome."

"Perfectly sized community with ample space to walk around with the pups. There are even some resident bunnies you get to see quite often. Pool area looks terrific, the gym is perfectly sized and the business center is actually perfect to get away to a quiet spot if you have a few things to take care of, even has a printer! The maintenance staff are terrific too. Central location with tons of shopping/things to do within 10 minutes. Can’t beat it really!"
