"The staff was amazing, and the location was easy to get to. My son lost his phone, and we later found out that he had left it in the room. The next day, they sent it out to us, fed ex. It is so comforting to know that not only did this place have a family vibe with the people running it, but that they cared enough to send our lost property back to us so quickly. It is a genuine place with genuine people. Thank you, staff of residence inn. You are all so amazing!"

"The website says sound proof windows. When you lay in bed and the decibel meter on your phone goes above 60, that's pretty far from "sound proof". Incredibly rude staff and Amy Healy, the GM, LIED TO MY FACE! They were unwilling to fix my broken garbage disposal so on the 4th, yes FOURTH day it wasn't fixed, I went to the front desk. That's when the GM told me they were waiting on a part. Was it an Allen wrench, you liar??? Yeah, it was only a 2 second fix with an Allen wrench, but we had rotting food in our sink for 4 days. On top of all of this, we were supposed to have 3 phones. We had one, and it didn't even work!! How the hell is this place in business??? Stay at home2suites down the road. Much nicer place and staff."

"The rooms are a great size, the price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the location is surrounded with many restaurants and a movie theater. Recently stayed here for the first time, great experience, cute little welcome package, presented nicely in a very clean and stocked room."

"Purpose & Length of stay: youth hockey games; two nights Positives: Location was awesome and felt pretty safe. Rink was 4 min away. The hotel had free on-site parking. Breakfast was your standard free breakfast (oatmeals, breads, etc.). Hotel was clean and the lobby was nice and roomy. Bed was comfy and room had a kitchenette so we could cook meals there. The hotel had given us an upgrade but we ended up with a different room as the location of the upgrade was a bit too noisy. The man at the front desk was really nice and helpful (I didn't catch his name) as well as the cleaning staff. Walkable area to restaurants and movie theatre. We got to see a few rabbits! Negatives: The location is convenient to what our plans were this weekend, however, the building backs right up to the highway so it's pretty noisy as there's no wall separating the road and the hotel. We were moved to the front of the building and I could still hear the noise but it was a bit more faded. The hallways were a bit dark especially if you're on the garden floor (if you're here in the summer, request the garden floor for cooler temps). I know some reviews say the place is dated. I agree but my room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The carpet had a few holes in it, but that's all I saw that was worth mentioning. It did not affect the use of the room. There wasn't an ice machine but they accommodated us by giving us ice at the desk. Overall, I would stay here again!"

"It took until the 4th day I was there (day before I left) and several times of me asking the front desk to change the stained comforter on my king bed I paid suite rates for. Not sure if it was blood, makeup, or some other human bodily fluid but it was uncomfortable to sleep with for 3 nights. I didn’t think I was asking for much. The tub also backs up with 3 inches of nasty water after 1 minute of the shower being on, so if you’re a clean freak like me, it’s not pleasant to stand in. The floors weren’t cleaned in a while and there were smudges of I DONT WANT TO KNOW on the toilet. After a rough night of sleep from the people above me stomping and slamming things around, landscaping was directly outside my window at 7am on the dot, leaf blowing. To top it off, I’m missing a brand new beanie, which I’m not saying was 100% stolen from here but I don’t know where else it would’ve gone as the last place I remember it was the room. Do yourself a favor and just spend the few extra bucks for a newer, higher rated hotel."
