"I love Solana Lucent Station! This community is modern, beautiful, and very well managed! Thank you Ashleigh & Christine for making this community feel like home, and always being so friendly. I want to set the record straight that as a renting adult it not rocket science to set up accounts correctly & read signs. Particularly for parking. People upset about that need some self reflection."
"Getting an apartment can already be a stressful process and moving from across the country makes it even more nerve wracking as you aren’t physically there to handle everything needed. Christine was the main one who took care of me but even if it wasn’t her, everyone still is amazing. Christine kept me informed throughout the months of waiting, she never left me doubting or worried. She gave me so much knowledge about this complex which ultimately made my decision that this was the one. She was so very kind and has truly made the experience 1000x worth it. My experiences from apartments have never been the best with either presentation of the apartment upon move in or customer service. Have you ever had to deep clean your entire apartment the day after move in? Not fun lol. As I arrived, I picked up my keys from Jessica who was so kind and gave me everything I needed. When I went into the apartment, presentation was everything, not even a spec of dust in sight. It was absolutely gorgeous. Maintenance was quick and kind. The amenities are some I have never seen before in a complex. Pool is gorgeous and isn’t freezing like other pools, hot tub is chefs kiss. I love how huge the gym is, how nice their dog wash is (which I wish they advertised it more with pictures on the website as the dog wash was a factor for me). I could also either be lucky or it’s true but I don’t have issues with the noise and walls, yeah I can hear feet walking but other than that? I feel like I have my own space with no one around me. Yes parking is slim to none after 8-9pm but it’s just like any other complex. You’re never going to get an apartment with tons of parking, everyone will always complain anytime you go to a complex, there’s guests who park and there’s more than 1 tenant in many apartments, that’s what happens when you are in apartment living. The noise from the highway is real as well but it’s a highway, it’s not supposed to be silent. If you don’t like listening to it then look on google maps at what building is away from the highway. I love how there’s not much around the complex which makes it feel secluded. Tenants are nice here as well. I just absolutely love it here and couldn’t be any more appreciative for how my experience has turned out. Out of all luxury complex I have lived in, Solana Lucent Station is the definition of Luxury and you will love it here if you are one who has much gratitude for where you are and isn’t a complainer on small issues that are common every where."
"I've lived at Solana for two years and have no major complaints. The parking challenges that other residents/former residents mentioned are very real and the noise from C470 for the units located along the highway can be a deterrent for using your balcony/patio areas. The apartments are lovely and as someone who enjoys cooking, I really love having a gas stove to use! The amenities, especially the gym, are wonderful. The pool and spa have been down for varying lengths during my tenancy. However, there was a change in the management staff and they have been VERY attentive to many of the issues/property needs that existed over the last year or so (i.e., pool and spa unavailable, addressing smoking on the property, landscaping updates, ensuring package deliveries concerns were resolved with carriers and residents, enforcing property rules and expectations, etc.). They were amazing during my transfer process, too. I so appreciate them! The maintenance team has always resolved any issues I've reported quickly and with quality and with respect to my time and space. Overall, I feel safe within and around the property and neighborhood. Thanks Solana Team!"
"I just moved out of Solana after 4 years. Here's what my experience has been. Cons: Parking. Parking is such a mess, there simply isn't enough of it. My fiancé's car got broken into twice, mine got scraped up once (no note) if you ever need to come home late you're going to be parking at best all the way across the property. Also the entire north lot floods and freezes over solid in the winter. Pool/hot tub: Super nice looking, intermittently out for over a year sometimes. Huge bummer since you're still paying for them. Noise: Not the property's fault, but the units facing 470 are pretty loud. Pros: Nice units. Great location. Most responsive maintenance I've ever had, both through the ticket system and also after hours emergency maintenance. Beautiful, super functional gym. I will miss that gym so much! Really helpful front desk staff. Other than the pool and hot tub, well maintained property. Nice common spaces."
"Updated: while we had some issues, primarily involving parking, for some months of our year and a half stay, for the most part most of these issues have improved or have been resolved, and outside of these problems we find this apartment complex a pleasant place to live. The parking shortage has improved since frequency of towing appears to have increased, and we can find a place to park most nights regardless of how early or late we are returning. That aside, the property has some amazing perks, such as a beautiful saltwater pool and a gym that has everything you may ask for. The view from our balcony is fantastic, although occasionally traffic and construction noises from neighboring land parcels are bothersome. The location is fantastic (except for the construction happening all around us, which is bothersome but not Solana's fault), with easy access to food, bars, and nature and open spaces. The biggest issue I have at this point is the water pressure, which appears unreasonably low at the complex (I have long thick hair so it always takes me awhile to wash conditioner out of it, but nowhere as long as here), and the water seems to struggle to heat up to a warm temperature in the winter, or cool down to a cold temperature in the summer. This doesn't bother me too much in the summer, but in the winter months my morning showers can borderline uncomfortable if I do not stagger them with my husband's showers, which can be difficult to arrange given our hectic work schedules. Dennis from Maintenance is working with us to see what can be done to solve this issue, but states it may be a limitation of the water heaters of the complex. I do not love this bug, but Maintenance has always been wonderful at this complex, very polite, prompt, and professional, and if it is possible to resolve I believe it will be done. Overall, some occasional issues, but we enjoy living here and would recommend it to someone looking for an apartment in Highlands Ranch close to open spaces and nature (our favorite feature)."
