"Recently moved into The Parallel and my experience has been great! Alaina and Ana have been amazing to work with from the beginning and even helping me with current questions. The residents are all kind and the community is well kept. I am looking forward to my time here!"
"The team at Parallel has been so great to work with. From my initial interactions with Anna and Alaina, providing me with so much assistance in previewing apartments, and ultimately choosing my new home, to Anthony and his team in responding quickly to a minor maintenance issue, my first 6 weeks at the Parallel have already been memorable. I know I've made the right choice!"
"I'm not going to go into details with all of the issues because I think everyone else has already covered it pretty well and each one, even the really pissed off ones, are 100% accurate. So too which I will cover the specific ones to me. Too really put things into prospective, I was one of the first people to sign up for a lease in this building. This was back in April 2022 and my apartment was 1685 base rent. I was supposed to move-in in May which didn't happen because of construction related delays which I was fine with because my current living situation was able to accommodate the adjustment. Finally moved-in in July and we got a concession for the delay which I don't think I've ever seen $500 disappeare so fast with all the move in costs. At that time, I was being called by them to see if I wanted a shorter lease because they had alot of people moving in at one time and they didn't want everyone to be renewing their leases all at once. Keep in mind my base rent is 1685. My response was a polite hell no and even asked if I could extend it for longer then 12 months. (yeah they weren't doing that) All in all, this is why I haven't looked to break my lease. I'm apparently living in the best deal for an apartment in today's world. Because my current apartment base rent is going for 1800+. So all in all, if you want an apartment with great views (even my apartment north side but south facing has a good view overtop of the 4th level and the west side has probably the best view of the mountains in this area you can get), easy access to I70 & the train, and new built. This is the place. But you'll be looking at about $200-$300 more in so called fees and services to the bases rent. I've never lived in a place that has had so many fees tacked on. Some of which are lighting and heat for the communal areas. I'm all for paying my part but do we need the heat to be at 76 and lights on 100% 24/7? No I don't think so. I pretty much can over look everything about this place because, of my situation, I wouldn't even get close to another places like this without some serious downgrade/rent hikes and, because I'm an idiot, want to renewing my lease in July. But I'm pretty much propared for them to be uping my rent by $200 - $300 which will force me to have to move. I do like this place and do feel it's worth the 3ish stars. Would just be nice if it wasn't a blatant cash grab from some investors somewhere. Someone made comment about a van? Are they taking application for a roommate?"
"Wonderful building with great amenities. The floor plans are very spacious that make it feel like home. There have been a few construction issues with the pool and garage, but the team is working hard to rectify them and has provided constant communication about the status. Tomas, Alaina, and Ana are a great team and have made the move and living experience amazing so far."
"I wouldn’t know where to start. I moved on July 1st The pool didn’t work almost all the summer, kinda dirty and I saw a small mouse once, the spa zone and cinema don’t work, trash is locked in a sort of time. On the first day moving the apartment is was dirty and stains in the balcony. Hiding fees for paying per each person “electricity and amenities expense” Downtown you will be paying about the same then living in wheat ridge with not much going on. I’ll be curious if they will raise the rent prices for next year as not many people signed it yet."
