"In the down stairs apartments the mice are so bad they are taking over. Maintenance just covers the holes with plaster and the next day the mice have already gotten back in. They were coming in through under the bathroom sink as well. Especially if you have children be cautious very unsanitary living conditions in the downstairs apartments"
