"I love it here the price is great the staff are extremely help full, polite, and quick to help you resolve any problem you might have. Great location right off interstate 70 and close to about of places to shop and eat. Nicolai the owner is amazing he is always around the property taking care of things and making sure the quest are happy and reviving all they need I would decibel stay here again especially and when compared to the comfort inn that is next door hands down the apple inn is your better solid choice"

"Rooms are decent but there's no AC, the heater runs way too hot even on the lowest setting. Hot water can be an issue at certain times. The walls are pretty thin, and the highway is really loud. Most annoyingly though, when i checked in i was told the wifi was great and they pay for fiber speeds. Only to find out its outdated wifi that doesnt support anywhere near fiber speeds and seems to only use a few range extenders, so the connection is very inconsistent. Cant even watch a low quality video without waiting every 30 seconds. Other than that staff is nice and reasonable so its alright. Just tired of going places and finding out the hard way that the internet is barely useable."

"Didn't really think the room was that bad until the next morning when I was brushing my teeth and there was a roach crawled in the sink. That was it for me, period. The girl at the front desk who checked me in was super nice and accommodating to my situation and needs."

"What a horrible experience, and a miserable excuse for a manager. I booked a double room after calling and asking what was available on the first floor. Although my mother is not staying with me, she will be coming by and is in a wheelchair so I needed first floor access. They then switched me to a single room and refused to refund the difference. Not only that, but he was rude and sarcastic. I only asked to be charged for the room type that I stayed in. This guy does not belong in customer service. I truly wish I could find out who the owner was to let him know the kind of treatment I received. Straight theft, no other way to look at it in my opinion. Update… I guess the manager that I dealt with is the owner. This explains a lot. Do not stay here , I beg of you read the reviews and understand the man that you are dealing with."
