"I have lived at West 38 for the past 3 years. For those that may be considering renting at West 38, I would highly recommend both the apartment complex as well as the management. Justin and Mike, who manage our complex here and the maintenance, have done an exceptional job at keeping the property clean, safe, and in good working order. Whenever I have had an issue or concern, it has been immediately addressed and resolved. For those who have lived under poor management, you have likely experienced what it is like to not have issues addressed or resolved and the exhausting task of trying to get help. I have also worked with our Regional Director, Krystle, and she assisted me in resolving an issue (not related to the apartment complex or tenants) with professionalism and kindess. So, not only are the people great here but the apartment themselves are quiet, well insulated, and the amentities are a wonderful addition especially in the summer when the pool is open. I hope you will find this space as a wonderful home as I have for the past 3 years and will be extending into my 4th."

"I’ve been at West 38th since October of 2021, and the new management team is taking care of business. Both of the Justins are very nice, helpful, and get things done in a timely manner. I went out of town for a week and when I got back they planted new trees the place looks new again. They’re even doing preventative maintenance which is something the other management company didn’t do. I would definitely recommend checking out the apartment complex. Keep up the hard work J1 and J2!-great job"

"I moved in 3mo ago. And I have to say, I am so thankful I chose this property! I have had nothing but good experiences. First of all, Justin the property manager has impeccable customer/ resident service! He goes out of his way to help. He takes any concern or issue, handles them promptly and professionally. I can really tell he truly cares about his profession and takes it seriously. I am constantly/promptly informed about anything happening on site. And there is clear communication on when things will be resolved, or when any events will be taking place. On top of that, I had multiple neighbors welcome me while I was moving in. Almost every neighbor I come in contact with is friendly and considerate. The property is kept exceptionally clean and in good repair. Even the cleaning crew is so polite and friendly. I honestly could continue to gush about living here. But I think you get the idea."

"I moved into West 38 Apartments in August, 2020. I live in my beautiful Apartment with my Cat, Link. I Love the cleanliness, covered secure parking, Swimming Pool and close location to Denver and The Mountains. All the West 38 Staff are always king and friendly when I engage with them. I have a unbeatable view of the Mountains from my West facing 4th Floor Balcony. Would highly recommend West 38 for a clean new place to live!"
