"I lived in my home on Upham Street for 38 years. In 2012, I was able to watch the apartments at 4340 Vance Street being built just across the street. What a wonderful improvement of this property that once held the crumbling foundation of the old Spartan Store that burned down decades before!"

"Ella is the assistant manager she is so thoughtful. And a beautiful person in & out. I had apartment was going to move on 8-1-2018, but had a emergency my son & grandson was on the Big Island in Hi. It destroyed were they lived. So I fly out on Friday to help them . But Ella was very understanding. I’m really looking forward when I return to Denver I can get apartment.
