"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The parking lot is infested with rats that will damage your car! I asked for a garage when I moved in and they had none available. I have been paying for the open parking in their complex, and I have had two of my cars damaged from specifically the rats there. Save yourself time and money and do not move here."

"WORST office management I've ever experienced. When we first moved in they told us our deposit was only $500 bucks. Signed everything and once we moved in turned around and stated they had made a mistake and we really owed $1,000. (Part of this was our fault because one document said 500 but the other said 1,000 and neither of us caught it). So triple check your paperwork before you sign anything. Now we have been out of there for over FOUR MONTHS AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR DEPOST BACK. When we call for updates no one can tell us what's going on or where our check is. First it was they got new management, then it was oh your paperwork was never sent to corporate. We finally had to call the corporate office just to get an update. So ridiculous. We had multiple problems with our dryer. When we first moved in it didn't work for almost 2 months. Instead of fixing it they had us going upstairs to another apartment that was empty to dry our clothes?? (while I was pregnant) Once it was fixed we still had to dry things at least two cycles to really dry. Then our garbage disposal wasn't working, they came in to fix it. A few days later was washing dishes and it fell off!!! They didn't even screw it back into place all the way. Just be cautions renting here. Glad we moved out. Wouldn't consider signing another lease especially now not getting our own money back in a timely manner."

"Overall, satisfying with the way things are turning out. Maintenance (LJ specifically) has been a fantastic help with doing everything for our apartment. She truly knows what she is doing and gives us comfort knowing it will be done and repaired properly. Apartment itself has what I was looking for and not many complaints."
